Questionable ethics in service department

To whom it may concern,
Questionable ethics by technicians with the support of Service Advisor Manager Mr. Baker has resulted in me and our family NEVER returning to Watson Chevrolet. I’m in the military and will ensure I tell all of my colleagues, all of our soccer club families and all of our friends our experiences with this dealership. Unfortunate in my opinion, this could have been prevented by just admitting a mistake had been made by technicians (humans make mistakes and it’s ok) and refunded me a measly $70 diagnostics fee. Regardless of “outlined” reports, twisted stories and explaintions of events; I assure you, it will cost you customers for life. Full disclaimer, detailed reports will be posted on multiple social media platforms as well.
