He explained everything we needed to know, answered all of our questions and arranged to have a couple of minor scratches buffed out (when we left with the… vehicle all you could see was shine). Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Very clean dealership, I would recommend it to anyone.Amazing

by 15Challenger on 12/08/2017I was fortunate enough to have had Kevin Landers as my salesman....but it was more like just hanging out with a highly knowledgeable friend...never pressured me, always trying to be helpful and pointing out all the neat to know things about… the cockpit and devices. I was really impressed with how he presented the prices from different value estimating services and showed that their price was more than $1500 under the lowest price estimates. And then after a seemless financing session that only took about 15 minutes, Kevin took off work to help shuttle the car home for me....no biggie??? Its a 6 hour round trip and he never batted an eye about making sure this customer was happy and well taken care of. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I love the car!Great Buying Experience!

Bud Thomas was my sales person and he took me around the lot showing all the vehicles that fit my criteria and price range. When I… narrowed my likes down to two, Bud helped me figure out which was the best fit for me size and payment wise. I also got a great deal on my trade. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. by Andersons on 08/02/2017We found the car we wanted at Bill Luke Tempe. We had shopped online and in Tucson for weeks - without much success. We decided to drive the 2 hrs. to explore the Phoenix market - all the while not wanting to put extra miles on the car we… were trading. We went to several places. and wasted so much time while in other dealerships- even though we let them know we were coming up from Tucson and told them what we would be looking for. One dealerships' car was out of gas and we waited 45 minutes to test drive a car! Not at Bill Luke - a lady I talked to there had several vehicles ready and waiting for us to see. Our Sales Specialist was Tony Cole. He was so kindhearted, soft-spoken, and knowledgeable. He wa patient with us while we kept trying to figure out what we really wanted in a car. Then we found the one - perfect- but too far out of our price range. We wanted to keep shopping elsewhere, and Tony let us walk out the door. He knew we would be back because he had the best price on the car we wanted within 300 miles. Tony showed us how this dealership does not haggle - they offer the lowest price possible on every car to begin with - lower than any other dealership. We played the numbers and before the end of the night we had the perfect car and made it work within our budget! Tony stayed late after the dealership closed so we could finish the process. Tony's manager lowered our interest rate on the loan and also gave us what we wanted in the trade-in for our car. Tony helped us set up our bluetooth and transfer our belongings so we could drive back home to Tucson! This dealership was awesome!We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with us and that you got a great deal on your new vehicle. Adam West was very helpful and professional despite the time. We went in to four dealerships that day with out narrowing down a… certain make and model. Adam was very patient with us going back and forth to different cars. We finally narrowed it down to one car, I test drove it and fell in love! We came back to purchase it the next day. After we told him the cars he came to see, he showed them too us, we drove a couple and I felt like his feedback was genuine… and honest. When I went down there, I wasn't harassed at all by salesmen. In fact, their salesmen, Shawn Hucko, was… fantastic! Not one time during my buying experience did I ever feel pressured into adding features or looking at a more expensive vehicle then what I was there to see. They stayed true to everything they said that they that they would online and in person, plus the test driving and buying process was a breeze. Best car buying experience we have had yet!Hi there! by DAMills on 07/14/2016I cannot recommend Bill Luke and, in particular, Bud Thomas enough. He was so cool and laid-back. It took me a week to pull the trigger, peppering him with text questions on a daily basis, yet never once did he push or threaten me (you… know, like someone else is about to buy the car, etc.). He always responded in a thorough and timely manner, even drove the car home for me because I was already driving one that I wasnt trading in. The F&I guy was neither pushy nor took up too much of my time (as they can often do), in fact the whole buying transaction went smoothly and took much less time (and pressure) than I anticipated. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Bill Luke Fiat dealership, ask for Bud and tell them/him that the Black Kat sent you ;)Wow, thank you so much for writing such a glowing review about your experience with us! Cons Have to finance to get the 1k discount. The interested was higher than expected with… someone 800 fico score. Had to wait 5 days to get the car. They gave me the car with barely no gas Overall would buy again here prices are very reasonable. And the shopping experiance was okay. I will definitely refinance very soon.
