2014 Jeep Compass Sport 4dr SUV (2.0L 4cyl 5M)

Never owned a Jeep before, but I bought the 5 speed with the 2.4L engine.
I have put 2k+ on it so far.
It is a fun car to drive with plenty of room for me at 6'1".

Best Features

5 speed and the 2.4 is peppy, but not a race car. Passing has not been too challenging in 5th gear. Handles and rides better than the wife's Escape. Headlights work very well. Good gas economy 25-28 to and from work in mixed traffic. Fold flat seating is a very nice feature. Luggage tie downs are a big help as well. I like the trip odometers and outside temp selections on the steering wheel.

Worst Features

Needs a 3.0L V6 option. Bigger gas tank would be a benefit. My Accord has 1n 18.5 tank with almost the same gas ratings. some storage areas could be larger but functional as is.

Now that it has been driven over 45k miles, replaced flywheel for $1400 a couple of weeks ago and now back in shop and it will not go into gears 1, 3, or 5. Losing satisfaction with this car fast.
