onAs a young buyer I was nervous to get approved for financing on newer vehicle for mother. My biggest concerns with getting a used car was my budget and not sinking money into something. I was given the peice of mind knowing that cars with problems are auctioned off and had faith in the reputation this dealership has set forth for their used cars. The first vehicle I chose was not approved for finanacing but they went above and behind to get me approved for something and woah and behold they did! One door shut and they were able to open another and I am please that they went out of their way to find something for me! Chris was my salesman and he is an awesome guy! Will be returning in the future!

onAs a father and mother of three beautiful children this review will be in the perspective of a father. My wife leased 2013 hybrid Sonata 31k total and $360 a month we was promised a 60k miles 3 year lease. This sounded great as a first car lease we would have been a part of in our young lives. Well all was good until it was about time to turn it in. The company of Hyundai informed us that we had 45k miles on our lease. The thing is we had a letter wrote by Tobin at that time GM that was specific on details and milage. So we went up there to get this taken care of and nothing they can do unless we buy a car. So we was faced with 6k$ of fee and fines car was in great shape only complaint was tires which is bs. At the time we was at 50k miles yes over the 45k but under the written promise of 60k. So my wife wanted a santa fan okay great well guess what? This company embarrasse negitave Equity so my wife in the end has to pay sticker prices which is 10k over kbb fair market price to buy from dealers. So good news the car had rebates so it canceled out our negative Equity from their lease that they previously gave us. So a car that is in the 25 to 30k$ range was bought buy my wife for $42000.00. Do not lease from this company if you do not agree with negative Equity. My only hope is my wife stays happy and the new car will reach 200k miles. Good job guys stealing bread from our family but I promise I'll never refer anyone to your company and will never return once car is paid in full.

2017 Elantra: Would absolutely recommend!
by 09/06/2016
onI bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in August 2016. I was assisted by Nathan (Nate), Chris and Jeremy. All of them were highly professional and courteous. They gave an upfront pricing with some room for negotiation. The options available in their inventory are quite limited, however, they can bring one for you if your vehicle of interest is available in a nearby dealership. Nate is quite aware of the hassles faced by international students in getting financing options. He got me a very good financing deal from a credit union. I spent a couple of days researching options in Indy and Chicago, and ultimately decided to buy from Bob Rohrman. Would absolutely recommend. Pros: Honest pricing, courteous and professional staff, willingness to negotiate. Cons: Slightly expensive (~$300) as compared to Chicago, lack of color/package/trim options (compensated by willingness to bring the model you like, from another location). Suggestions: You might be asked to buy a paint protection plan or dent repair plan for $1000, just like all other dealerships do. Think twice before committing yourselves to one. Be aware that there is a lavish room for negotiation in such plans.

Great Customer Service!
by 04/08/2015
onI've been working with Nathan Bush for my last 3 car purchases. He's been great to work with from day 1! With the first car, Nathan looked for 2 weeks to find the exact model in the color options I wanted. I came back from vacation to find a car had been found and was on its way to his dealership. From there on, Nathan has always provided the best customer service with each new car. My entire family highly recommends him for your next vehicle.

General Manager Hyundai/Lincoln Mercury
by 04/08/2015
onNathan has done an outstanding job as a salesman and will continue to do so as a General Manager. He has sold us two Hyundai Sonatas and we couldn't be happier with both purchases. He went above and beyond to seal the deals and gave us some excellent add ons to complete the deals. We will definately purchase from him again! Cathy and Greg Clevinger Chalmers,In.

onI have bought 2 cars here recently, a used Santa Fe for my son and a new Sonata for myself. All of the sales people were more than professional. They were up front and honest about every detail of both transactions. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

by 04/24/2014
onI was very hesistant about shopping for a new car. This dealer put my mind at ease right when I walked in the door.. The staff was very freindly and greeted me when I walked in. There was no pressure, just friendly talk about what I wanted and how they could help me. It felt that they went out of there way to find the perfectcar for me and in the end they did. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market for a new car.

THEY LIKE TO PLAY GAMES
by 07/13/2013
onMy wife and I are straight forward people especially when buying a car. We will tell you what we can afford and what we want the rest is up to them to do there job. They did not even try. We said we could buy or lease a new 2013 Hyundai but we really had no money for down payment we wanted a monthly payment of $300 and 0% financing. They showed us a year old car which was nice but cam back with $9,000 down we could reach that payment. Hello were you not listening we do not have money to put down. They started than to show us a different model of car for about the same price as the other and said this would be more of the car we could afford and would be better for us. Did not know they know us better than we did. Say the least we were not impress. The salesman was new and very personable (I feel sorry for him) he does not know what he is in for. Say the least they should have told us about the Hyundai promotion going on with leasing a new Sonata Hybrid which is the car we were really interested in. The promotion is $0 down $325 a month for a 4 year lease. Hello that fits our plan but not with Rohrman. We will go to Indy instead.

SAVE YOURSELVES!
by 10/04/2010
onNo matter what you do, do NOT buy a car from any of the Bob Rohrman dealerships. After being in a serious car accident in the process of moving to Indiana, my car was totaled and I was unexpectedly forced to buy a new vehicle. Being new to the area, I went to Rohrman, thinking it was a reputable dealership. Boy, was I wrong. They are only interested in getting your money. After telling them that I wasn't sure if I wanted bumper to bumper warranty coverage on the 2007 Hyundai I purchased, I had them draw up two contracts, one that billed the price of the car with the warranty, the other without. I originally wrote a check for the price including warranty but made it clear that I was unsure if I wanted it. They told me to let them know within two weeks if I changed my mind (they weren't supposed to cash the check anyway until the insurance money for my totaled car came through). After a day, I decided that I was overcharged for the car anyway and didn't want to pay an additional $1500 the warranty. I called the dealership so that I could write a new check. I called the dealership four or five times over the course of three days or so and never got any return calls.I then wrote a letter and was finally forced to go to the dealership in person, first to settle the payment and second to have the interior of the car cleaned (it was given to me with a positively filthy intererior.) You may ask why I had the car before the check had been run through. Well, strangely enough, Rohrman's wanted me to take the car off the lot before the insurance payment had come through. When I finally got through to the person who had sold me the car (after leaving a week's worth of messages), he got very combative, accusing me of "not having left him a voicemail," which, according to him, was the reason why I had never heard from him. Suffice it to say, the voicemail accusation was completely unfounded and it took the dealership a week for anyone to get back to me, despite my leaving multiple messages with several people. A month after I've had the car, the interior still isn't properly cleaned, and the dealership did not ever send me the title. It apparently arrived in their offices three weeks ago and no one cared to tell me (in fact, they originally told me they were going to send it). The people at Rohrman's have been nothing but rude and highly unprofessional, and the sense that they care not a whit for customers is palpable. Also, since I've been in the area for over a month now, I notice that many locals shrink back in distaste at the mere mention of Rohrman. Try your luck in Indianapolis or Chicago and definitely ask around, but do not give this place your business!
