James Adams & Eric Kallberg were amazing! They did not pressure me into buying what I couldn't afford, they worked down the price of the car to what I wanted and even got a bumper to bumper warranty for 50k MILES! Unbelievable service, will refer to friends/family! Onward! -TM

I have two vehicles from Sound Ford in Renton. I've had a good experience there. I worked with James Adams who was very helpful in getting my Ford Explorer set up recently. I appreciated the one on one help with all of the new features. I would recommend sound Ford and James Adams for customer service.

New Ford Escape 2018

I purchased a new 2018 Escape from Sound Ford not too long ago. I was given options at by the time I arrived at the dealership, I got the chance to test drive both models and compared both before making my decision. Overall my experience with this dealership was quick and easy! I have received a follow-up phone call a couple of days after my purchase to make sure that all my questions were answered. 2018 Ford Escape

Really appreciated all of the help i received from amaia. She was very patient and understanding. Although i am familiar with escapes, i bought a new 2018 Ford Escape with some new safety features apart of my safe and smart package that i didnt know how to use. Amaia took me on my test drive and showed me how to operate the features ( blis, adaptive cruise control & lane keeping ) and she made sure i knew how to use it on the freeway. I am a previous customer and I truly recommend this dealership to any one in the market.

Stopped by on labors day in hopes of getting out my car that i was so upside down in i didnt think it was possible to get out. Thanks to the sales managers for working their magic, they got me into a new vehicle and out of my old car. Amaia also helped me into finding the car that suited me as well as my wife. As they say â happy wife = happy life â and because of them i am living my happy life. Preciate all the help guys!!!!
