Sound ford had the best price for trucks so i Flew down from alaska to buy my f150. Eric and amia treated me great! Amia showed me features on the truck that i knew nothing about. Im enjoying my truck to the fullest and i am completely satisfied

Im writing this review especially for amaia. She was a very sweet young lady who helped me and my husband purchase our second car. She had us laughing the whole time throughout the process. 1st Time dealing with dealership. No dealerships on east side of state had C Max's available for view or testing. Everything done over telephone and Internet. Got me in quick and painless so that I could drive back. Unbeatable deal on the C Max even though I had to pay higher sales tax for west side and the expense to drive over. Everyone very friendly and easy to deal with.

I bought a BMW today at this dealership and am very excited to drive it everywhere! The salespeople were very quick and negotiable about the car's price because of the condition it was in. Even in the rain , i was still treated as a valuable customer. Amaia and I did spend over 2 hours in the rain and although it was pouring she was still willing and determined to help me. I wasn't able to fit comfortably in any cars that were in my budget which is ok because that was not there fault. Everyone inside was very respectful and the customer service at this place was a ten!!!

I've researched around at a few dealers and finally settled on Sound ford. At first I was a little nervous about shopping here due to prior reviews and experiences on other websites but I was instantly greeted by a Product Specialist names Morgan. I could not stress enough about how relaxed this whole experience was and for once I didn't feel pressured about making such a large purchase at all! I got everything I had in my wishlist for the perfect price!

I took My Daughter to Sound Ford, where I am presently financing My Car, We had a Wonderful Sales Rep by the name of Jason Dickerson, He greeted us and made us feel welcomed and very comfortable, He listened to us and what we wanted, then proceeded to help us, He never once tried to fast talk us, he was a real Gentleman, we left there very Happy!
