Ny service appointment was for 0900 they took me in as soon as Inarrived amd promptly performed the services i needed.
Service Reps advice saved me at least 1,000 dollars

I took my car in for muffler work. After review of the problem the Service Rep recommended to take my car to a muffler shop that could make the small repair without having to replace the entire muffler system. This honest suggestion will keep me coming back to Al Serra in the future.

Best car buying experience of my life . Pressure free , very quick responses, extremely friendly people. Even people I haven’t meet knew my name and saying hello . The by far best aspect of the buy was the ability to text with my guy (Andy) we pretty much had 98% of details done via text

Alex Albaugh - Sales Consultant was first class. Straightforward, to the point and very diligent throughout the extended wait period which the market is currently going through, and which we also experienced. Kept up us to date on realistic expectations and was quick to notify us when the vehicle was ready for delivery. Also provided us with a thorough rundown on our new vehicle workings at pick up. Paperwork with Serra was quick and easy. A positive experience.

We have used Serra Chevrolet for all our vehicles and have always been great. But this time was not good. Took a while when I arrived for my appointment for anyone to help me. And then about 30 minutes after I set in the customers area I see my car by the door. I was not sure if it had left the entrance area. So I waited and no one came to tell me anything. I waited 30 minutes and then asked what was going on with my car. It was done and had been done for 30 minutes or more. If I wouldn't have asked I would have set there much longer. The person who checked me in was not at his desk. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE this time. I hope this is not the future of Serra Chevrolet. I will try them again.
Very bad shut up

Very bad [non-permissible content removed] up, they have three bays, cars lined up behind all three. If you choose the Wrong lane. you can watch cars that were there 15 or 20 minutes after you go through and come out and you could still be setting there. That happened to me today. And it was over 20 minutes. I bought my Toyota 2014 there, and had my oil change there.I’m looking to go to the Toyota dealer in Bay City and see if they’re better. I don’t mind waiting in line. But it’s bad when cars that arrived long after you go through first. Phil walker
