I have dealt with many car salespeople over the years and Paul Smith at Colonial-West Chevrolet in Fitchburg, MA is BY FAR the most professional, respectful and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Colonial-West and will continue buying from them in the future. Paul made the entire process so easy for me from an initial test drive all the way through to delivery, including all the insurance and registration paperwork. All I had to do was sign and drive away! Thanks Paul. I'd like to add that Carlos-finance and Terry-technology were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. Looking forward to coming back when I am ready to buy again.

I went to Colonial West with a very small budget and no time to work with to get a newer car. My salesman, Jeff Naigle, was extremely accomodating and understanding with my financial needs and only showed me my true options whereas other dealerships will continuously show you more expensive vehicles in hopes you woud bite. He was extremely professional and prompt. I am so happy with my "new to me" car. I have gone through their service garage once so far and they were also very fast and efficient, even without an appointment! Overall I would recommend Colonial West to anyone and everyone in need of a better car or for a sheer upgrade. They have fantastic options and their salesmen are extremely sociable and sympathetic.

Purchased a used 2014 Chevy Silverado for $28,000 dollars and to my surprise it only came with one key and key fob, when i asked the sales person and the sales manager for another set they both said no , but they would sell me another set for $200.00. Are you kidding me!!!!! so much for customer satisfaction. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle from them.

Excellent salesmanship and attention to detail. any imperfections (scratches) were taken care of and the vehicle was in perfect condition when I picked it up. Then sales person (Jenny) walked my wife and I through the use of may of the features of the new Silverado including registering with On-Star. Love My Traverse!

Today I took possession of my brand new 2015 Chevrolet Traverse. From the moment I put in an online inquiry to the moment I drove away in my new car, Terry and Ivy both worked hard to get me what I needed. Ivy Hollenbeck handled my online inquiry promptly without being pushy. She scheduled a time to meet with me around what worked for me. I felt like I was valued and important. Terry worked long and hard to make sure I ended up in the vehicle and I needed and in the price range I insisted upon. When the papers were signed but the vehicle ended up trapped by snow in another location, Terry and his co-workers worked tirelessly to get answers and never once minded my daily phone calls to check in. Ivy was very helpful by email too. I can honestly say that I feel great about my new car!

Purchase a 2014 Impala

Went to Colonial looking at late model Impalas. It was my third dealership I visited that day. Still owed money on my car and was not sure I could afford a newer Impala. George Vergas was the salesman that day and everything worked out for me. I was pleased with the non pressure. The deal went well and I am very satisfied with the way I was treated as a customer.

absolutely love this place! came in on a saturday night and drove off the lot with my new car same day! Ivy was very responsive and super nice! she helped us find our way to fitchburg all the way from boston. she makes really good coffee as well lol! our sales person Jenny awesome! she was very informative and funny! Highly reccommend this place if you're looking for a smooth and fun experience!

my wife and i are in the process of buying a new car. when we were working with will at colonial west, things were fine. we did not agree on the numbers, but he was kind and considerate. however, he stepped away and another "manager" walked in and started talking aggressively. when i asked him to write down the numbers on a piece of paper, he would not. i said we will buy a car, i just need to see how you came up with the numbers, he said, "NOTHING IS SIMPLE WITH YOU!" and insulted my wife and me. i will be buying my car from another dealership.

I showed up a day before the 4th of July needing fast service, no hassle sales, and someone who was knowledgeable about the specific car I was inquiring about; I found all of this at Colonial West. Ivy the sales agent was very helpful in finding me the specific car I wanted, the financing department were helpful in walking me through the process, and I was required to do nothing once the car was purchased. I was all set by the end of the day and was able to have a relaxing Fourth of July weekend. Ivy and the financing were so helpful, I will surely be coming for my next car here.

top notch dealership

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from this dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The sales staff was very professional and took care of our every need from start to finish. We feel we were given the best trade in value and a outstanding price on the new one. This dealership is not "down the street" from us, but we feel it's most deefinitely worth the drive. Ivy our sales person was in constant contact with us to keep us posted on the delivery and closing of the deal. It was so nice to be able to drive in and drive away in our new truck in only a few hours. The general manager, Jeff made us feel special as he sat and spent some time talking with us. This dealership is truly like "family" as they remember us by name! We have also used the service department many times for routine oil changes, ect. They are quick and efficient and have convenient hours. We love our Chevy's and would not even entertain the thought of buying anything else OR from anywhere else.
