The other day I walked into the dealership and I was greeted with a smiling face from Ecommerce Manager and Customer relations manager Ivy. She was so helpful with the questions I had and had an understanding of the truck I was looking for. I will and would recommend her to my friends and family. Jeff C. runs a tight ship up there. every time I go there people are always helpful. Paul S. was also very helpful with a few other questions I had. He is very knowledgeable in the cars and trucks.

I had a very positive experience at Colonial West. I had been shopping for cars for several months, and found nothing that I liked. My parents were buying a new car, and we're referred to Colonial West by a friend. So I went with them to look at the car they were going to buy. I was walking around the car lot as my parents were signing paperwork, and noticed a 2011 Hyundai Sonata on the lot. I had always wanted a Sonata too but never really found one I liked with a decent price. This one was priced good and had many options I desired, including heated leather seats. I wasn't there shopping for a car myself, but I inquired about the Hyundai. The sales rep told me it was on deposit, so I figured that was the end. I got a call from the sales rep 2 days later on Monday evening saying that the car had been taken off deposit and was available. I went right down to the dealership after work, and was able to test drive it in the snow. It exceeded my expectations greatly in the winter driving, and had low miles and was in great shape. So Paul, the sales rep, took care of everything for me and in less than 24 hours I was able to drive the car home with me. It was a seamless experience for me. It was great service and the staff was very friendly. The positive rating is because they didn't shove the car in my face nor pressure me into buying. They let me decide what I needed to do, and went off of that. I was a little disappointed that my old car got little for trade, but I can't be that upset as it was an older car with problems on the horizon. I know that buying a Hyundai from a Chevy dealer seems a little off, but the experience was great and the transition to the new car was very seamless!

This is the third vehicle that I purchased from Colonial West and highly recommend them for thier commitment to customer service. Will and Danielle worked to find the vehicle that met my needs while Gino privided a fair trade allowance. At the end of te day I purchased the vehicle and Carlos found me great financing. Great dealership!!

I was dreading shopping for a car......I never feel like I know what I am doing and I always feel like I am getting taken advantage of. But that all has changed. I purchased a ;09 Lexus from Colonial West in Fitchuburg on January 11,2013. It was by far the most pleasant expierence I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff was kind and courteous, Carlos S. made me feel informed and comforatable. I couldn;t wait to sign on the dotted line. It;s been about a month and I love my car and my payment is managable. I never thought I could afford a lexus! So excited! Big thanks to Carlos and all the crew at Colonial West... I will never go anywhere else to buy a car.
