I have dealt with many car salespeople over the years and Paul Smith at Colonial-West Chevrolet in Fitchburg, MA is BY FAR the most professional, respectful and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Colonial-West and will continue buying from them in the future. Paul made the entire process so easy for me from an initial test drive all the way through to delivery, including all the insurance and registration paperwork. All I had to do was sign and drive away! Thanks Paul. I'd like to add that Carlos-finance and Terry-technology were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well.
