If not a Laramie local, it's worth the drive...
by Becky on 06/13/2022Toyota as a brand is known for exceptional products. What I believe to be the truly differentiating factor in car buying experiences is the people. I walked away with an absolutely stunning high rated car though the reason I will continue… to come back to Toyota of Laramie is because of how seriously Lorenzo and Jeremy take customer service. The above and beyond, luxury-like, customer service experience has become a staple of this dealership. Update 5 days out from new car. In this process, I reached out to many dealerships within a 300 mile radius to better assess the reality of the market. This dealership was the only to not propose a sale price above and beyond MSRP (due to chip shortage and projected production shortfall) or attempt to get a deposit out of me for a car that doesn't physically exist. So exceptional customer service AND on the up and up in a dicey market. If not a Laramie local, it's worth the drive...Outstanding Sales Experience!

As an Arizonan I was canvassing out of state dealerships to find a dealer that doesn’t… engage in up-charges on new vehicles (beyond MSRP). Toyota of Laramie is one of those rare dealerships that does not! But beyond pricing, this dealership offered to pick me up from my flight into DIA—and drive me to Laramie—because that’s the kind of dealership Toyota of Laramie is!! Fine, trustworthy, dedicated people who want to make the customer happy and stop at nothing to provide satisfaction. Mission accomplished. You’ve earned more than my respect and future business.
