Slow to reapond, 2019 salesman scolded me. Unsat!
by MikeHof on 04/16/2023Wilde uses young salesmen without manners. I called my young salesman 3X to ask if the car I was buying had the sunroof my wife required. Too busy to do his job. After the papers were all signed he found the courage to scold us - the… customer. I was upset. The last couple of weeks I tried to trade my 2022 Outback Wilderness. Crickets. Nobody responded for a long time so I looked elsewhere. This issue went all the way up to the general manager. So unresponsive. I ended up at Sommers and bought my car in 2 hours. Great people there who call you back. I highly recommend Sommers Subaru in Mequon WI.This dealership has really reached out to me and I tried to remove my 2 star rating and replace the whole review. Edmunds would NOT let me do that because apparently my review is no longer mine. I never have seen a policy like this in my life. I do not like it and I ask Edmunds to change that rule. Edmunds said I could change the number of stars I give a dealership in additional comments such as this, but I can NOT do that other than maybe saying here I would give Wilde 4.5 stars now and if they keep their promises I would gladly give them a perfect 5.
About our dealership
The general manager has reached out to me to solve this problem all the way back to the 2019 car salesman issue. He will also help my disabled brother with special needs buy a car at Wilde as well! My attitude toward Wilde is beginning to change! I hope to give them many more stars in the rating.
