Excellent Sales Experience
by indulge on 04/14/2016My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned Range Rover at your dealership. We were fortunate to have Jim Gutsche as our Sales Advisor. The car buying process can be extremely daunting and Jim made our sales experience pleasurable.… This is our 5th experience purchasing a vehicle through a dealer and this was, by far, the best experience that we have had. Jim is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. Jim is extremely responsive and contacted us very quickly after we submitted an email requesting more information on a vehicle we saw online (which we are now the proud owners of). One of the things that we are most impressed about is the time that Jim took with us before, during and after the sales process. We felt extremely at ease and never felt rushed. We also wanted to mention that the individual that Jim used to detail our vehicle did an amazing job! We couldnt be any happier with this car buying experience and look forward to driving our Rover and doing business with your dealership in the future.Excellent service manager!
by SKLarson on 07/17/2014Bob B. is a service manager who goes over and above the needs of his customers. I have dealt with vehicle service managers for 40 years and Bob is by far one of the best. We have had issues with three Range Rovers and Bob not only resolved… the problems, but got us in a loaner vehicle and followed up to be sure all was working satisfactory. 5 star service in my opinion. Our sales person Tom M. was excellent, from the selection of the vehicle, the options, ordering, the set up and delivery. Truly fabulous communication and follow up. 100 Points for Land Rover

Our kids love our new land rover so much that they made up a game that the first one to spot a land rover on the road they get 100 points (only 10 points for any… orange or green car). Of course the Hagen Daz ice cream in the waiting room is a bonus for our kids:) But more than anything we were treated with respect and truly felt that our salesperson, Jason Green, had our best interest in mind. It s noteworthy that the stellar service continues after you drive your new vehicle off the lot. Thank you Jason and Fields Jaguar Land Rover. I bought both Land Rovers from Jason Green and he made the experience very enjoyable. He is a veteran in the… industry and absolutely knows the vehicles inside and out. Furthermore he was very patient with me and worked very hard to make sure he found the exact vehicle that was best for my needs. his advise was directed to my needs, not his and that was refreshing. I absolutely love my new range rover evoque, i am super please with the sales experience and very satisfied with the entire dealership. If you are looking for an amazing experience and want to be treated with respect, I suggest looking up Jason at Fields jaguar land rover volvo.Don't buy a used vehicle from them!
by caj617 on 05/06/2014updated 08/04/2025Just bought a used vehicle from them on 4/21/14.....wish I would have waited and gone somewhere else. Their showroom is fantastic, the sales people are also very nice but they sold us a vehicle that they knew had very bad ball joints. They… were so bad that they replaced the tire but didn't fix the ball joint itself. So needless to say I paid a "fair" amount for this vehicle (got no great deal, because they had to replace a tire and a spark plug) and a week later had to stick $900+ into it to replace a Ball Joint, a U Joint, frayed brake lines and a couple of other issues. Now I asked my mechanic if it would be very apparent to the inspectors at Fields that the Ball Joint was a pretty obvious and serious problem....and he stated "most definitely" and he showed me, who knows nothing about this sort of stuff and it was VERY obvious to me. Now I do believe that this should have been checked on the Vehicle Checklist so I knew what I was getting into, but that area was checked as "OK". This is a vehicle that we bought to put our newly licensed 16 year daughter into. I'm very glad we took it to get it checked out by a real mechanic as the vehicle was dangerous to be driving in the state it was delivered to us. So, is their mechanic incompetent, or did they put a used vehicle on their lot that they knew full well needed to have things fixed but were trying to save a buck (while putting the driver in danger)? We did contact our sales person who said they would get back to us....but never heard back from him. I quickly lost all respect and trust in this dealership. Go somewhere else where honest and integrity mean something.I am sorry to hear about your recent experience. We strive to exceed all of our customers' needs.
