Best experience I've ever had at a dealership

This was by far the smoothest, easiest, and least stressful car buying process I've ever gone through before. Roland was friendly and extremely… easy to work with! He is super honest and no nonsense when it came to making a deal for my trade-in vehicle and I really appreciated that. by GT Paul on 05/17/2023This was my third Grand Cherokee purchased from this dealership (plus two Equinox's from their Chevy dealership next door). This one was special ordered. I didn't have to haggle to get a great price, and my trade in offer was fair as well.… All of the staff here are very laid back, no high-pressure sales tactics. Delivery was quick, and while they mentioned the availability of extended warrantees, etc. - they didn't push the issue when I declined. This isn't the biggest dealership, so they don't always have a ton of vehicles on the lot, but they are probably the easiest to work with. It's clear that they value long term relationships. Stopped in there to test drive a Jeep Wrangler to see if I should get one and from that point on I was hooked. My sales person (Roland) was super helpful with everything.… From what the differences in all the options of Wranglers were to where to go and look at the options/order and then helping with answering questions and showing me things on the Jeep when we were test driving. It was supposed to take a lot longer to get the Jeep once I ordered it but it was much faster (from 10-16 weeks to 5 weeks). Once it came in Roland was on top of getting it ready for me to pick up and then when I got there to pick it up - he was super helpful with everything. Showed me how to do a bunch of stuff with the Jeep (soft top removal, on screen set up, setting up my phone, going thru the manual and just some personal helpful hints too). He has been in contact since I got it too, just to see how things are going! Got a tour of the facility too so when I come back for service I am aware of what to do and where to go! Never had a Jeep before, but so far I am FOR SURE going to be recommending Uptown Jeep! Thanks much!Outstanding Experience

The sales team was what I wanted. Courteous, low pressure, friendly, and no bad… vibes. I picked up the opposite at a few previous dealerships .
