Got 2025 jeep grand cherokee from uptown motors. Matt and Josh did a great job explaining things and took care of everything. Would work with them anytime.

She called immediately after the inspection was completed. She put me into a loaner without question… because of a delay in the part that was needed. She kept the communication not only open through out the process but was also very honest the whole time, which is very very important to me. I would bring my vehicles there anytime. Honestly everyone involved was very nice but she had to deal with me and went above and beyond in my opinion.Software Upgrade

Service dept offered a loaner while the car was being repaired but that was not… necessary. Buzzing has stopped. Thank you.Body shop repair
