I spoke with Michael in the parts department this morning. I was trying to verify information I received from a different Ford dealership and made that known. Michael did all he could to source a part for me from surrounding dealerships. He… was very patient and addressed my concerns.
I worked in customer service for 25 years and really appreciate someone going the extra mile to assist.
