    My search for a quality, all-wheel-drive, 7-passenger, people-mover, lead me to a few options in the Madison area, one of which was Fields Land Rover/Jaguar. I was thinking about an LR4, but a nice, pre-owned Mercedes on their lot seemed to fit the requirements AND the budget! ALL of their higher end cars AND new cars seemed to come with a nice car-care package in which you simply drive in and have your car thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed while you enjoy their gourmet coffee and ice cream bar (o.k. the latter is more for the kids, and quite a draw!). I wondered, if because I did not buy a new vehicle, I would be treated as a second class citizen. NO. I am always greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. The manager, my salesman Mike, and the attentive car detailer all welcome me like a scene from "Cheers". I enjoy coffee while my kid-moving car is transformed back to the luxury vehicle it is supposed to be. As part of the sales deal, I requested that a light issue be fixed. Because they wound up needing the car for a couple days, the generously gave me a brand new, super-cool loaner. It was a great way to test the new inventory for a future purchase, and was a lot of fun. I will review that fun car separately! Bottom line, this dealership takes care of you from start to finish and everywhere in between.
