Jenny, the service adviser, did a great job calling back with information on the issues of the vehicle. I felt Jenny was stuck in the middle a little bit of… what she wanted to do to help get the vehicle repaired and what she was able to do. I just feel I should not have had to contact Ford direct more than once to get this issue resolved on the car. We had to do multiple trips to the deals on the issue and Holiday could verify but was not able to repair it because I was told it wasn't bad enough according to standards. The technicians said they know what the issues were but needed it to meet a certain criteria. I have been really struggling bring any of my vehicles in for repair because I seem to have to diagnosis the issues for them verses having them do it for me. I have discussed this with the service manager and he is aware of my concerns, but until I see a much better result I will continue to do my own failure analysis on my vehicles. by Greenlaker on 04/26/2016"Worst truck buying experience ever" They had me so confused, the salesman would show me the options that were on the truck and the window sticker price then write the price of this truck on a piece of paper. They did not have the truck… with the options that I wanted in stock. He showed me many different trucks with options, by the end of the day I did not know what price went with what truck. We finally agreed on a truck, the price the salesman said the truck was going to cost was not the same price that what the Sales Manger and Finance person put together on the agreement were not the same. All of a sudden the truck price increased, At this point they have me so frustrated that I just what to get out of their, so I signed the agreement . Would not recommend this dealer to anybody.I was surprised that Ned from Holiday contacted me to apologize for my frustrating experience with my truck purchase. He asked me questions about my experience and what they could do to improve on. He also was very apologetic for the mistake that was made on the price of the truck and without any questions asked Holiday refunded me the difference. Holiday really does care about that their customers having a great auto buying experience. They went the extra mile to make me a happy customer. I would recommend Holiday Automotive.
