Trust is Earned.
by Michael J on 03/28/2024Honest Upfront Pricing! Yes I did use that describing a car dealership. We called Bergstrom Premier regarding a listing. Mr. Mike Ertl responded with a professional and polite demeanor about him. We had questions, Mike demonstrated he was… trustworthy calling back in short order with details. He listened to me, reviewed pricing and made us feel like we were a very worthy repeat customer . Not feeling rushed in any way. There was absolutely no pressure while he spoke so confidently. I exclaimed, I wanted this automobile. Mr. Ertl’s response even having never met us was “ We will hold it for you”. We purchased a low mile 2019 Range Rover Sport was not a “Deal” in any way or fashion. It was a very confident, polite transaction purely aimed at our satisfaction. So much so that Mike and his team not only answered all our questions, one the service techs even spoke with us providing us with additional printouts and we felt assured this was not a good sale but, a great sale. I must also mention I’m temporarily handicap and have limited mobility. With the level of rain and high wind on Pick up day, We were so ecstatic when Mike assured us he would present the car in the bay adjacent to the showroom. While I am not the considered up to date on technology. Mike reviewed the car and the options in a no-pressure way as he clearly catered his demo to fit our knowledge level. ( That is fantastic!)
