He put zero pressure on me and extremely up front about what Bergstrom could offer me in incentives and trade-in. Stephen was open to… explaining multiple finance options between buying and leasing. Car buying experience is phenomenally better than it used to be. I’m a careful buyer and did a lot of research prior to visiting Bergstrom Appleton. In the Valley, they had the best pricing of all dealerships on new vehicles. Drive the extra few miles and come to their spot in Appleton. 100% recommend.New Car

by Not a moron on 10/10/2018I responded to a flyer looking to trade in my 17 Silverado for an 18 was treated honestly and fairly until the sales manager came out and told me the quote I received for my truck was a mistake by the Numbers guys so I needed to make my… mind up as soon as possible before the numbers guy's realized that they screwed up. I wasn't born yesterday and I know if the numbers guys screw up then they would be out of a job and Bergstrom would be out of business. At least three times the sales manager approached me and told me that the numbers were going to change and that they had been screwed up so I should take advantage of the deal as soon as possible. I do not appreciate being treated like a moron.Excellent experience at Bergstrom
