Greeted nicely on arrival, clean dealership, comfortable waiting area. Vehicle serviced, brought back clean, job done well. No leaks over the next few days so all was well.

by Just Bob on 09/05/2023Arrived with a check engine light and multiple error lights. They changed the oil and reset the errors. They said if the oil change didn’t correct the problem I’d need to pay over $1500 to have the engine torn down. I took it to another… mechanic who found the problem was in the transmission. They fixed the transmission and everything is fine now. If I’d followed the dealership’s advice I would’ve wasted a lot of money on unnecessary work and still had the problem.

Due to supply chain problems it was hard to find what we wanted but… River City Subaru was fortunate enough to have a car in the pipeline we wanted. The salesperson, Alex, was very helpful and courteous and the finance people and everyone else were very easy to work with.Fantastic sales experience!

They were very nice on the phone and made an appointment for me. When I… arrived for my appointment, everyone at the dealership was so nice and professional and completed my service ahead of time since I was waiting for it. He is very knowledgeable about Subarus and explained many things about the Outback on our test drive. Very relaxed atmosphere at the… dealership and everyone was very friendly and courteous.
