Above and Beyond Service
by Rodger on 03/22/2019Happy Hager and Jeff Hamrick went out of their way to work out the best deal for me on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma SR5. I was negotiating a deal on a 2019 SR at another dealership and called Happy and asked if they could match the deal. Happy and… Jeff said they could do it. A little more, but it was a more expensive truck. Happy came in on his day off to finish the deal. I told him I could have came the next day, but he said someone may have bought the truck before me and didn’t want that to happen. Ronnie McComas was the finance manager and he went above and beyond in explaining some additional options, regarding extended warranty. I don’t know why I even bother with looking at other dealerships, because I believe L&S truly cares about their customers and will do whatever they can to take care of their customers.Rodger, we really appreciate you taking time out of your day to leave this review for us. Our salesman, Alec Atha, was extremely patient as we test drove several vehicles trying to decide what we wanted. He… never once tried to talk us into buying a more expensive vehicle or a vehicle with more features than what we were looking for. He really took time to find out what our needs were and find the best fit for us. When we decided on one, he sat down with us and went through all of our buying options. The finance lady was great as well. She thoroughly explained everything before we signed it and didn't make us feel rushed, as many do. She went through all the extended warranties and what each one covered but did not try to pressure us into buying anything other than what we felt we might need. The service department did a fantastic job cleaning up the truck and getting all the stickers off the windows. This may have been our first purchase there but it will definitely not be our last!Great buying experience

L&S Toyota has been serving Raleigh County and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. The dealership first opened in 1992 and was located on Rural Acres Drive. We have since moved to our location on Auto Plaza Drive. The name L&S comes for the initials of the original owners. Ownership has changed but our name stays the same. We have recently remodeled our dealership and feature up to date waiting areas, a drive in service reception area, and an indoor play area.
Our specialty here at L&S is providing great automotive experiences from sales to service. We strive for excellence in all things Toyota and want to exceed every customer service standard. We have Toyota Master Certified Salespeople as well as Toyota Certified Vehicle Service Technicians. We have been awarded the prestigious Toyota President's award the past 4 years.
