Overall my experience was good. The salesman was friendly. He did a good job and knew what he was doing and not pushy at all. The truck was washed and looked nice. The only thing that bothered me was the gas tank was almost totally empty.

(At 4' 10", I'm truly a midget) It was so perfect, right year, model, price, payments and down, i only looked here and stopped. However, my poor old 2004 Accord, they… took for $1 trade in I think her feelings were hurt.

Worst experience ever.

Looked at a truck, the AGREED upon price (in writing submitted to lenders) was CHANGED after the fact because the dealership didn't want to take a hit. Tried to tell us the truck was suddenly "unavailable". At the… time of this post the truck is still available. Jerked us around for nearly a week. Wouldn't return calls in a timely fashion, wouldn't be honest about the issue until we had already secured financing (PO ready to go). Doesn't matter who you speak to at the dealership, we had an issue with everyone there being honest about where we stood with the purchase. Never. Again. Do not waste your time.Do not patronize this dealership
by heather63 on 02/17/2016I was lied to about the physical and mechanical condition of a vehicle. I drove 5 hours to buy the vehicle based on the salesman's information. When I had doubts about the vehicle upon arriving at the dealership and viewing it, I called the… local Toyota dealership myself to find out the service history. I had previously asked the salesman to verify the service history and he said it just had a couple of oil changes. Turns out it has had a litany of MAJOR problems and repairs that he did not disclose, including some sort of accident. It also had noticeable body damage and a dent that he did not disclose when I specifically asked about dents and scraps before making the long drive. Deceptive dealings and misrepresentations. Buyer beware!

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) of Walla Walla has been serving the Walla Walla community since Dec. 8, 2014. We started out with only 25 used cars on our lot and 15 staff members.
