    What can one say about a perfect service experience? I was pampered at every turn, reminded kindly via email of my service appointment. The service representatives were incredibly attentive. The facility was spotless... The service appointment was reserved for one hour, but in less than 30 minutes I was on my way. A beginning of a beautiful friendship! This is my second Hannah dealership vehicle. I purchased a new Honda Accord in 1999 with very much the same excellent sales and service folks. So I knew that my decision to purchase a Subaru from Hannah would be a perfect match for me. I would recommend Hannah sales and service to anyone who is interested in a new vehicle~ Many thanks!!

    I brought my 08 Subaru Outback in for detailing. I was able to get a shuttle back to my house and then was picked up 5 hours later to return to Hannah Subaru. I would not have been able to have this work done if the shuttle was not available since I have no other transportation and I had a lot of home projects that I needed to work on that day. The detailing done met all my expectations. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and carpets and upholstery shampooed. It would have taken my more than 2 days to do the job myself and I could not do as good a job because of physical limitations. I will definitely use Hannah Subaru again for this service and other service which my outback will need.

    my experience with dick hannah was great as usual.they got me an appointment when it best worked for me they got me a rental car for the day with my customers for life program. although the rental car i didnt like but thats not there fault but i would like if they offered subarus as the loaner car. they got my car done before the expected time and had me out with no hassle.

    I brought my subaru outback in for its regular service and during their maintenance check they saw that my front brakes needed to be fixed. Once I approved of the repair they completed & called me as soon as the car was done, which was an hour earlier than originally estimated. Their service dept is very clean and the people are estremely courteous.

    I brought my 2008 Subaru Impreza - Outback Sport to Dick Hannah Subaru on 1/23/2010 for scheduled maintenance and to diagnose and repair the left turn signal light that flashes rapidly . As always the service there is first rate! The facilities are clean, the service department employees are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the repairs and service. It was done in a very timely manner! I see no reason to have my car service anywhere else. I will be a customer for life at Dick Hannah Subaru!

    I purchased my 2008 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport at Dick Hannah Subaru and have had it serviced there regularly. The facilities are very clean and the service department team is outstanding! They very friendly and clearly explains the service that needs to be done on your car. I highly recommend them!

    Fast, competent, and friendly service. Also had a fabulous experience at the Dick Hannah Collision Center when I went in for an estimate to repair some glaringly white scratches on my dark grey bumper and Steve was able to buff all the white away right on the spot without charging me. Actual scratches are still there but they aren't nearly as noticeable and since the bumper is rubber it won't rust. Saved me about $600 in cosmetic repairs. Thank you!!!

    We bought a 2014 Forester a few weeks ago and are part of the Customers For Life loyalty program. While my wife was driving to work she ran over some debris on the freeway. By the time she got to work of the tires was flat. Subaru roadside assistance came promptly to put on the spare tire. My wife then drove to the Dick Hannah Subaru service dept., where they promptly fixed the flat and got her on her way quickly, without needing a shuttle or rental car. Good work Subaru!

    I've been in love with my car, and this dealership since day 1. A year later, taking the Forester in for 7,500 mile maintenance and a computer update recall, my love endures. The team is always WAY NICE, they work WAY FAST, and give my car back to me washed and ready to roll. I don't plan on ever buying a car from anyone else, let alone having work done on it.

    Hannah Subaru did the work in less time than estimated, honored their 'deals' coupon, and did exactly the service I asked for, even though there was a minor difference from their standard for the mileage.

    We've been customers of Dick Hannah Subaru for several years. All service commitments have been made in a timely and reasonably-priced manner. Today's last-minute need was worked in without hesitation or complaint.

    I was able to get in within 20 minutes of calling, serviced in an hour and they found a bad brake light and replaced it - all while maintaining contact with me. Great job, as always. I have historically (I am old) been suspicious of dealership service departments, not without good reason. Hannah Subaru has changed my mind. This is my second vehicle I have had serviced there, and If it's a Subaru, I'll be back!

    I was greeted quickly and warmly. The service manager went over the service. I said I would return in an hour and a half. When I returned he said they were washing the car and it would be ready soon. In about 10 minutes the car was ready. Great Service. Great People. Reasonable Price.

    Although I did not have an appointment, I was able to get my Outback in right away for its first service - including rotating tires and car wash! Very pleasant to work with the service department.

    My first service visit to Dick Hannah Subaru was EXTREMELY POSITIVE. Ken was the service advisor I worked with, and he was immediately friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fast & efficient. Ken & the service technicians quickly serviced my 2011 Subaru Forester, including fixing a problem a different Subaru dealership had created when they incorrectly addressed the back center seat belt recall. Ken was positive and professional the whole time, and helped me understand exactly what my Forester needed, including standard maintenance. I will never go back to my previous Subaru service garage. I will always go to Dick Hannah as long as the service is as excellent as what Ken H. and his team provided last time I was there. Thank you, Ken!! and Thank you, Dick Hannah!

    The service department at Dick Hannah Subaru is horrible. There isn't a rating number low enough to rate them. They certainly could care less about doing any warranty work, and I believe they actually try to treat you so bad that you get the work done elsewhere. It is honestly hard to imagine a worse service department.

    So yesterday (4/2/2013) I brought my 08' Impreza 2.5i in for a manufacture recall. Apparently Subaru needed to update the cars computer with a download that was not supposed to directly affect my cars performance. Oddly enough it did. The funny thing is the car drives and responds now better than when I had purchased it. After all the times I have brought my car in to multiple service stations to bring this to attention and was brushed off like that's how the car is supposed to perform. Now all 4 issues I had are suddenly gone with this magical update. Which leads me to question for the last 3 years I've been driving around like this has any damage actually been caused? ANYWHO......the issue I have is during all of this hour wait for an update I had asked if they were able to change a passenger side license plate light. I even brought my own bulbs that I had purchased before I even came in. I've spent more than a few years working on cars so I was kinda dumbfounded when I couldn't figure out how to change a license plate light. TURNS OUT Dick Hanna Subaru figured out you have to remove the entire panel of the rear door just to do it..(for Subaru that is seriously a first).......plus it would take them a half hour to do. Today I did it in just 15 minutes. But the ISSUE is that of the 2 bulbs I had purchased just before service......they only gave me 1 of MY bulbs back. The other issue I have is when I had gotten my car back (an no I did not notice it right away because I had an appointment to get to after my service) was the side panel on the floor by your left foot is now missing the thumb screw which locks it into place. So today (4/3/2013) when I came back to get a new screw and a bulb the greeter (of whom his name is not on my receipt-same guy that took care of me yesterday) started to argue with me in the customer lounge in front of another customer that we didn't take your bulb or touch your screw. 1) How unprofessional do you get? Let alone to have a conversation like that in front of another paying customer. 2) I paid $5 bucks for 2 bulbs the day of my service and I now lose out on 1 of them. You guys pay $5 for 10 bulbs at a package deal. BUT yet you feel the need to argue about it. Over such a CHEAP piece of product. 3) The only reason why I noticed the thumb screw was gone is because the week before I had detailed the car so was already in that area to see it before hand. But when I got out of my car for my appointment after the service the panel was hanging........ -THIS IS WHY I DO NOT TRUST SERVICE CENTERS THAT HIDE YOUR CAR WHILE THEY WORK ON IT. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time or energy to come back. You did not resolve my basic issues so why would I waste my time complaining about the performance end of my car now. I think I'll take my time to look for a nice Toyota to trade this P.O.C. in. Never once did I receive any issues in service from them. This car has been a downright nightmare for service since I have purchased it. LET ALONE all the things that have need replaced for a car bought at 60k and now sits at 92k miles wise. The car isn't the best but the service here is some of the worst I have ever seen let alone experienced.

    Leased a new '14 XT Forester turbo, the first of its kind in the US in March of '13! Had all my upgrades put on in their service center within the specified time, at the standard price, and they stayed open a little after hours to allow me to get out of work and brave the Portland/Vancouver traffic. They even did custom work like rear heated seats, not standard or even optional on any of their cars from what I know. I would recommend them for service.

    Can I give 0 stars??! My sales experience went fine. When I purchased my 2014 Outback, I also ordered the extended roof carrier. When they told me I would have to schedule a 2 hour appointment, I thought that seems excessive, but whatever. I wont have to put in on then. I work during the week, so I figured I would schedule it early on a Saturday, sacrificing my only day to sleep in, so it wouldn't ruin they rest of my days off. They drove my car away to install this. While in there customer lounge, I tried to watch some tv since I was to be there for 2 hours, and it didnt work?! I thought oh well, I brought my kindle, so I attempted to watch a show on there, only to have the internet connection be so poor, that it kept buffering for the 10 minutes I was willing to try. After 40 minutes, the service rep came and told me they ordered the smaller carrier. No apology, no anything for my time. Just handed me my keys! I was hot!! Then on top of that, I pull my car in the driveway and I look down on my passenger side bumper, and I now have a huge white scuff mark that wasnt there when I went in!!!! I had heard how bad the service was here at DH Subaru, but assumed that installing a roof carrier couldnt be messed up. They found a way. I would rather drive into Portland or Gresham to have my car serviced, then drive to location that is 5 minutes from my house!!
