We talked with Taylor today. Usually really hate cat shopping and sales people but Taylor was helpful, made us feel comfortable, came off as open and honest. He wasn't our initial contact on the phone but was the person we dealt with… throughout our test drive and talk after. We're meeting him tomorrow to hopefully buy a car.

I bought my Crosstrek from them only 4 months ago and I decided recently that the Crosstrek wasn’t for me and instead I wanted to purchase a WRX. Went there to test drive one as I’ve never driven one before… and if I liked it i wanted to trade my vehicle in for the WRX. Jack greeted me and I expressed my interest in the car. Instantly he was hostile. I walked up to the car to check it out and he would not get the keys to even let me see the inside or sit in it. He said we would have to talk numbers and do a credit report BEFORE I even sat in it. This is when I became frustrated. He expressed that people tend to hot rod those specific cars and they didn’t want to rack miles up on the car unless they had a potential buyer. I understand that fully, but I let him know that I was already a customer as I had bought my Crosstrek recently and the fact that the cars were of equal value should of been enough to AT LEAST let me sit in it! Nope, instead we went inside and he made me fill out all this BS paperwork to do a credit report. I told him that he was not to run my credit because I didn’t even know if I liked the car yet. He said he just wanted the information to get an estimate. During this time they took my keys and they were doing an appraisal on my 2021 Crosstrek. I sat there for over an hour, filled out the stupid paperwork, while the whole time he was making assumptions that I wouldn’t be able to afford the WRX (remind you equal value to the Crosstrek.) after sitting there and getting really pissed off at this point, they gave me the most BS offer. They offered me 18k for my Crosstrek I had only bought 4 months ago for 28k. Okay it gets worse. The WRX msrp was 30k and they had it marked up to 37k!!!! Wtf I get there is a car shortage but 7k? But then they put in the offer paperwork they would give me a discount and I would only pay 34k. They must be smoking crack. I then told him I wanted my keys and I was going to leave. He would not get my keys!! He just kept trying to talk. That is when I demanded my keys and they threw them at me! I left and went to wilsonville Subaru instead where I was treated so well and they actually let me test drive the WRX, no questions asked, no obligations! They actually pulled it off the showroom floor just to let me test drive it. I ended up buying the WRX from wilsonville Subaru that day because they gave me a fair price (25k compared to 18k offer for my Crosstrek) and didn’t mark up the price of the WRX by 7k. I told them what happened at the Vancouver location and they were appalled by the way I was treated. For one, jack lied and said there is a regional markup on the WRX hmm.. is that why I paid less than msrp over at the Wilsonville location? Wilsonville Subaru's GM actually came up to me and shook my hand and apologized for Vancouver’s actions. I recently went back to Vancouver location to speak with their GM or get his number and they said they couldn’t give me that information that I was not able to contact him! I can’t believe this place. They are shady crooked [non-permissible content removed]. They probably take advantage of vulnerable people who don’t know much about cars daily. All I can say is, I would not return here. If you want to buy a Subaru and be treated well, I can highly recommend Wilsonville Subaru as they treated me with respect.Like Dealing With Friends - Fun, Transparent, Easy!

Michael Escalona in Internet Marketing was quick to respond to my phone requests with thorough & transparent pricing information. Hannah pricing was so much better than the… competitors it wasn't even a contest! At the dealership, Patricio Soler was my first in-person contact .. what a great first impression! Patricio was an incredibly personable sales professional - and I emphasize professional: knowledgeable, efficient, and no pressure. He and his team, Tuan Bui and Erik Clover, were all very graciously long-suffering, as I came unprepared for the financing portion of the transaction, thus causing them to stay well after closing trying to access information needed to get me out the door in the car I wanted. I did end up having to return (prepared) the next day to finalize the sale, and Patricio and Tuan were just as welcoming and gracious with their time for round two as they had been the previous day. They all worked very hard with such fabulous personalities - I have never had such a good experience with a dealership in my 67 years! Thank you SO much to everyone. The Hannah family is no doubt proud to have such excellent representatives!Hero salesman

I have been wanting to trade it but because of the negative equity I felt like I was stuck with it. Kamal, Peter, and Jeff(and the… rest of the team) went above and beyond to get us an approval that worked in our budget. They made it easy for me to come in and do paperwork. Jeff explained all of the financing and protection options better than most places I have been. Peter was the best salesperson I have EVER dealt with and his knowledge of my new outback was unsurpassed. When we left, my daughter asked if all car places were like Dick Hannah… Subaru. They aren't. Every one of the staff greeted us and welcomed us and made feel like VIPs.Fantastic time

Answered all of my questions and gave a complete demonstration. He was really on top of it. I did shop a number… of places on line and they gave me the best deal. Good reason they are #1 in the greater Portland area.Definitely left happy.

Royal was my salesman, he was very attentive and knowledgable. We had a few curveballs thrown our way, as tends to… happen, but Royal and his sales manager were committed to making sure I left with a smile on my face and they definitely succeeded in that. Dick Hannah's warranties and loyalty progran are also nothing to pass over.
