    I should have paid more attention. I was told one price through an email offer, but the final price ended up considerably higher (even though I was told I was fine score wise). I also told Nick that I wanted nothing extra, so that I could hit my price goal. He said ok, but I still ended up with unnecessary theft insurance, extended protection, and all weather floor mats. Rookie mistake for not reading the deal fully. It was a long day, I had tired family there, and we were also grieving a pet. I should have taken more time, but I trusted them and was in a crunch to get a car. READ EVERYTHING.

    Right after my Camry 2006 Toyata was broken, I was very disappointed, lost, and frustrated with myself for not having a car. My work requires me to travel many places so I really needed a reliable car that I can trust for several years. I did some online research with my host mom, and decided to pursue my business with Dick Hannah. Nick was my sales agent, and he walked me through everything on phone. The next day I went to meet him, and he helped me to understand every single detail of my new car, first buy policy, warranty, and insurance. He built a very good relationship with me by sharing his story and listening my experiences. He is a trustworthy sales agent at Dick Hannah.

  • Disappointing and frustrating sales experience

    Our experience with Honda was very disappointing and for you to avoid hassle and frustration then don't work with Nick Barnes. We came in Saturday evening to trade in our 2016 crv and it ended up being a very stressful, rushed, and very uneasy experience. The negotiation and deal period felt very rushed. The sales team kept telling us that they wanted to get home to their families so they were going to help us get out faster. Which made me cautious if they were prone to make a mistake. They also were being “yes man” and ended up buttering us up with deals that never actually came through in the end which led to us having to call and follow up on something they told us about. A week later we get a phone call from the dealership sales person and they told us that they made a mistake and we left with the wrong vehicle. Which totally set me over the edge. I called the dealership and asked for a manger who kept telling me that they would call me back in 5 minutes which never happened. We waited for a call back for hours. They made a mistake and as a paying and very loyal customer I demand my issues to be priority especially If they allowed us to drive off the lot with the wrong car. Our trust is not compromised with Honda and that is sad because a vehicle purchase should not result in feeling like you were lied to and scammed. We also were made promises to get refunds from our previous transactions that were also not followed through with. Which led me to calling Honda multiple times with no resolution. This experience is from the Vancouver auto mall dick Hannah. Our sales people were Richard , Nick, and the manager that was supposed to take care of this was Zeke and he did not help at all. In the end I got my car but I am very unhappy with the service and experience this particular dealership has given me and will prefer to go else where next time.

    AK was my salesman he did a great job on getting me the vehicle and information I needed. The processes was fairly painless I arrived around 12:30pm AK went and retrieved the vehicle I was looking for and I went on a test drive, then we agreed on a price they were willing to work with me on the price a little. Then signed all the paperwork. I was done and on my way by 3:30 thanks for all the help AK.
