    I walked in at 8:30pm and walked out at 9:30pm with the paperwork finished. I bought a new 2008 MDX. I was very surprised at how fast the negotiations went (they beat an offer from another dealer) and there was zero pressure to buy additional stuff like accessories and warranties. Very friendly sales associate, sales manager and business manager. It's a big dealership with a lot of cars to choose from. Unlike another Acura dealer, this one had the MDX in the color and options that I wanted.

    I just purchased an '08 TL w/ Nav. My experience began when I called back in August '07. I was actually looking to get a '07 TL if there was a financing deal. Back then, there wasn't. So the salesperson took down my information and told me that he would call me if any new financing deals came up. So several months later, I get a call from him in November telling me that they had recently brought back the 2.9% for 36 months deal. So I made an appointment to see him. When I got there, using information I had gotten from this site, I told him the price I was looking for an '07. It turned out they were out of '07s, but he told me that if I came back at the end of the month, I might be able an '08 for about $2000 more that the closeout pricing of the '08. I then test drove the car with one of his associates, and had a good experience with that too. So I just went back this weekend, and just like he said, he got me that price that I was looking for. I think overall this salesperson was very good and professional. He was quite persistent, always leaving me messages, and such, but at least he was friendly. I usually keep my cars for a long, long time, but next time I need an Acura, I'll call him up again. Of course, I'll use this site to always help me get the price I want too. The only con is was the finance department representative. The financing actually went really easily, but they tried to sell me every possible warranty and security add-on possible. I felt really pressured there. And then they made me come back to the dealer the next day because they ended up needing me to sign another paper. Oh well, I can't imagine they made too much money by selling me the car, so they had to try to make it up one way or another.

    I worked with Johnathan M., he was informative, sincere, honest. Did everything he promised and made a special evening when I surprised my wife with the new Accura RDX.

    Chris Samra was salesman and He was so arrogant. I had lease offer from other dealership (acura of bellevue) and I gave them the price I got from acura of bellevue; After seeing quote from bellevue they mentioned it's not possible and started to behave rudely. I didn't like the way sales person behave with me and my wife. I was so upset with dealership experience with this dealership. I went to acura of bellevue and bought same car with couple of grand discount on prevous quote. Never ever go to this dealership.
    • Narendra, In no way was Chris being arrogant, you came in with a unrealistic offer that was in no way possible. You mention in your review that you received and presented a quote from Acura of Bellevue, when in fact the quote you presented was from Los Angeles (see attatched email), and seemed to be fabricated. We gave you our best offer that even surprised Chris it was so low, and you said it was not good enough, and you were going to have to shop around. To this we said "no problem, let us know if you find a better price and we will do our best to match it." We even asked you if we matched the price quote you received from LA, would you purchase the car? And you said it was still not good enough. Also you mention in your review it was you and your wife that came in to the dealer, not sure if you left her in the car, but all we met was four of your male male friends to help you negotiate. Chris remained calm and cooperative during your negotiation tactics. You made it very obvious there was nothing we could do to earn your business at that time. I would ask that you be prepared as you have made some very slanderous and liebalous comments about our salesperson.

    • Wow. Is that last sentence from the dealer a threat or what? All the guy said was that the clerk was arrogant. It doesn't matter who is right or wrong here. The dealer should take the high road when it comes to allegations. I'm sure it's not the first time a car salesperson has been called arrogant, nor the last. Kinda frightening choice of words, "BE PREPARED!" BTW- Frivolous lawsuits are no laughing matter.

    They agreed on a price, but they rejected the offered price during financing process. They called me back for their offer price, I agreed. Next day, they told me their new sale manager was sick. The following day, they told me the car was not available. I backed out. Next day, they called me again to complete the deal. I no longer trusted them and turned down the offer. It was not a pleasant time for me because they messed around too much. Wouldn't go back there even if they offer competitive price. I found that, they are not the only dealership around the town. I can always look further for better deal even I have to pay for transportation.

    Ed Siou knew the product, knew how it compared against competitive products, and made the car buying experience simple. A complete 180 degree change from what we experienced at Sumner Honda and what made us decide to purchase.
