    I was quoted a 2 hour window for the 15,000 mile service. I was surprised when it was completed almost 30 minutes sooner than expected, including a car wash.

    friendly and easy to work with. She had good answers to my questions. The purchase was very smooth. I called ahead and Shannon Solosi had the car waiting for me. Definitely the best car buying experience I've had.

    It was great, no pressure, everyone worked hard, and were very professional and friendly. Always responded right away with any questions i had. They have were able to get the deal i needed.

    My service writer was excellent. she was very helpful and friendly and cheerful. I always bring my car here because of their care and attention to my car.

    Catherine always make sure I have all my questions answered, and all maintenance taken care of at once. I also appreciate having a rental car (and an option for shuttle).

    Service was completed a head of schedule. Service rep.was very friendly and helpful. Price for oil change was very competive.

    The team is friendly and helpful. I was greeted when I walked in. The tire was inspected for issues. Approved by me. Cost more then I wanted due to a nail in the tire. Was not expecting to need a new tire due to good tread still. But nail puncture was not able to be safely patched. Tire price I think was an average cost. Experience there was over all good.

    Everything other than the mentioned below was outstanding. I received a rental as the team worked on my recall. Complimentary, but not clean on the inside. Everything else was great, service, time promised, etc.

    Carlos and Nicole worked with me in a very direct manner which I appreciated. This being my first purchase of a brand new vehicle, I felt very comfortable in dealing with them. Both of them were friendly, honest and hard working. I felt that they did not waste my time with any back-and- forth. Honestly, I was dreading the car buying experience and was quite nervous. They made me feel immediately at ease. I have already referred a friend to them and will continue to do so in the future. A big thanks to everyone (including Mitch in finance) at Rairdon Honda for making my first car buying experience a pleasant one!

    The sales person was cheerful, positive and personable and was quick to return calls. I was in a hurry to make a purchase to replace a stolen and things happened quickly.

    Friendly, honest and professional is the way I would describe Rairdon's Honda of Sumner. We started looking at used vehicles, but then decided to buy new. Throughout the entire experience we felt we were treated fairly and honestly.

    Everyone is always kind and accommodating. They needed to keep my car for a few days and they provided me with a loaner car, you can't get that typo of service anywhere else! When I arrived for my appointment they were there and already knew who I was and what I was there for and appreciate that tremendously!
