I bought a new 2024 Outback and had a very good experience! Michael was the sales rep and John was in finance. I felt no pressure and everything was well explained.

They did the parking brake recall at the time of service which was nice so I did not have to come back in. I live 72 mile north of… Spokane. The waiting area is always nice to sit in, I had questions for the parts dept. new winter tires and rims that I will need in the future, and they were very helpful also. Over all a good experience.Great experience with Raul

by Jmc_Forrester on 04/24/2016I came in for a 60,000 mile check up, oil change and to have my window washer motor looked at. They called me about 30 minutes later and said my car was done. I asked about the 60,000 mile check up and I was told it would take half a day to… do it. Why didn't the person who set up my appointment inform me of this when I scheduled? I took time off from work to have my oil change done and now I will have to take time off again. I am not happy about that.Very pleasant buying experience!

Steve Blue made my experience extremely easy always making himself available to answer all of my questions and explaining every detail of the cars with honesty… during our test drive. We entered thinking of purchasing a Forester and due to Steve's honesty and ability to understand our needs and wants, sold us on the idea of the Outback. Had it not been for this no pressure, pleasant experience, we would have walked out and purchased another brand of vehicle. I could not be happier with our purchase, the way it was handled from start to finish, and the quality of service we have received during and after the purchase. Thank you!Happy with Subaru

I feel the tires were purchased from the dealership as a part of… the purchase. When the tires are replaced by the dealer rotation will be free. Does not make sense to me that the tires on the vehicle at the time of purchase are not rotated for free.Nick of Spokane Subaru took care of me
