    Went in to get a extra key fob. This was my first appt at Lithia and I can't say enough about Julie she was over the top, home runner as my service advisor she answered all the questions about my Jeep Cherokee, I had just bought it and wasn't sure how things worked on it I now feel very comfortable driving it. Thanks Julie PS price on key fob was kinda pricey.

    Watch for crooked finance guys selling extrened warranties with will get you lower finance rates. This is just a hook dont bite it. Walk away like I did and come back next morning with a new crew and got 3 points lower with no commitment to service plan.

    My warranty had expired when my DEF level gauge had quit working. The dealership went to bat for me with factory Fiat/Chrysler and was able to get the replacement/ repair work done under the warranty coverage. Saved me a few hundred dollars in repair costs.

    Wait time was a little longer than expected but not excessive...they seemed to be short handed that morning. Customer service was very good, no complaints. Would be great if they would do a courtesy wash :-)

    Nice waiting room cool comfortable, work done in a timely matter. Our first was given back to us clean and neat. Love are little car fun easy to drive. Would come back here again give them a A+++

    The service advisor (Julie Winkler) provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. This is in regards to not only your business but all retailers and services I have utilized. She was friendly, informative and professional during my contacts with her both on the phone and in person. If I owned a business I would hire her away from you. She is a credit to your company. My customer satisfaction is at a high level because of her service. I will remain a customer because of her.

    Let's be honest... vehicle maintenance is never the highlight of your day. However, when you can show up, your service manager (Derek) is ready for you, your tech (not sure) has the part and is installing it as the paperwork is being completed, and I'm out the door... keys in hand... barely had time to use the restroom. Thank you for valuing my time!

    This was my first time using Lithia and I was super impressed by the customer service that I received. My Jeep had several updates that needed to be done and I was given a rental car, so that I would be stuck at the shop waiting. I was able to get some Christmas shopping done, and received a call when my vehicle was ready.
