    This is our 6th vehicle from Camp. We love our Chevys. There are other Chevy dealers in town, but at Camp they always work hard to help us get the right Car at the best price for us. Can’t thank them enough. When we are ready for vehicle 7 this is where we will be going. Thank you again, Rick and Kara Snell

    Al Thomas was great to work with. No high pressure from him. I came in knowing all the features I wanted in a car, but not finding them all in one car. I was frustrated but he listened to exactly what I wanted and found a car that met all my needs. This brand of car wasn't even on my radar and he was patient with me while I took the time to do my research on its safety and reliability ratings. He went above and beyond, he even brought the car to my home so that my husband could test it out. After we made the decision to buy he made the negotiation process easy and comfortable. In the end I walked away with a car that met all my needs and wants at a price I was willing to pay.     See Tim K. Doesn't try to sell you something you don't want. Listened to what I was I was looking for and made the deal happen. I called and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Got an almost new certified car. Service department manager came out to talk with me and explain the issue when it turned out that airbag had to be replaced before I could drive car off the lot. At one point when I was waiting and looking around someone working there said "Thank you for being our customer". Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I wish them success. Love my new Malibu. Thanks!

    The staff bent over backwards and took excellent care in delivering the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. If you do not buy a car at Camp Chevrolet your missing out on some great folks that really care in your purchase. Beautiful brand new 2014 Malibu LTZ. We are extremely happy people.

    From receptionist Jessika, to sales consultant Gene C., to sales manager Brian, to finance manager Lane we had a wonderful experience at Camp Chevrolet! We were treated with courtesy, friendliness, humor, professionalism and service. We recommend Camp Chevrolet to others.

    While we didn't get everything we were seeking on our trade-in deal, we believe we were treated well and the salesperson, (C J) and Sales Manager were fair and forthright. Much better than the last time we did business with Camp in 1983 (which turned out not to be a pleasant experience due to long-term issues with the 1983 Monte Carlo we had purchased [a real lemon]). We had found a similar vehicle, one year newer, but with a few more miles on it at another dealer priced a few thousand below this vehicle, but this Tahoe was a lease return by our cousin who we knew had taken excellent care of it; and Shelley had driven the vehicle on a couple of long trips the two had taken together, so she knows how it rides and handles. Since Shelley is the primary driver, that was an important factor in our decision. Although out trade only had 26,000 miles on it, which was very low for a 2010, it didn't have some of the features we enjoy with our three grandchildren when we travel to the coast or on shorter trips around the northwest. A true surprise was a FULL TANK OF FUEL on delivery. THANK YOU CAMP! Haven't experienced that since purchasing new vehicles in the sixty's. Way to go to set the standard. Overall a truly exceptional experience. I might add that another dealer from whom we had purchased our last two vehicles and who did not want to do the deal Camp did, called the next day to say they would do the deal, but alas, too late!

    I came in to test drive a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic Manual. I gave Kevin a heads up that I was headed in and he had it warmed up for me! He answered all my questions excellently! There were a few things that he was unsure of but instead of making something up to make the sale he went and found the answer really quickly. I ended up purchasing this vehicle because of all he super salesmanship that he used. LOL! I am very happy, all except I thought that they could throw in a hat or 2 but they did not. I did have a problem with the finance person. He tried to raise the APR after I already signed the paper that was approved by the main person. Then the finance person said that it was only X dollars. I was ready to leave because of that. It is my money that they are trying to get and I was having none of that. In the end I got what they originally approved. Oh and FYI, my LT Sonic is AMAZING! Really fun to drive, handles well, shifts very smooth for an manual! Very happy except for the lack of hat and the finance guy. I find it great that I purchased it on 12/13/14!

    I was looking into 1 car and the called me to tell me they got me approved so I went back in to find they didn't get me approved for that car they tried to sell me a different one now I will not go back to them.

    Gabriel was the salesman that helped me out, right from the online lead! I have been looking for a particular Jeep for a long time and he happened to have one in his inventory and did everything to make sure I could have my dream car. He went above and beyond and had a great amount of patience and even filled up my tank for me! Would definitely shop at Lithia again!!

    I had a heartbreaking experience with this dealership. I traveled 6 hours to purchase a vehicle only to find I was lied to and taken advantage of. Do not trust them! It was a ploy to not contact me before making the trip. When I arrived I found out it sold the day before, then they had the nerve to try to sell me cars $5,000 over my budget. I felt very comfortable and confident in the relationship I built with the sales person (Cara). I found the perfect vehicle for me and my growing family. Being a teacher I was unable to get a sub or take off work to pick it up as soon as I could. I knew the risk of the vehicle selling and I was ok with that risk. I was in contact with Cara the night before I was making my trip. The vehicle was sold the night before and as of an hour before my visit, I was told it was still available ( just being looked at). I was heartbroken to realize that people are so selfish and dishonest. I trusted them, paid the gas, put mileage on my truck and wasted money on a hotel for nothing. They did nothing (besides trying to give them more money) to make this situation right. In the end it was a great lesson for my 3rd graders on what it means to be a good person, no matter what your occupation is.

    The sales representative, Curtis Frarey, is very helpful and convenient. He ensured the sale was truthful and complete. It's the greatest experience I've had for getting a vehicle!

    I had an awesome experience working with harley down there. Very professional and got me exactle what i wanted. I love my 2016 Chevy Silverado Regular Cab. Couldnt be happier.

    Met by sales person as soon as I arrived on site. Very professional, friendly. Told him what I was looking for and he had a car for me within 15 minutes. I am handicapped and do not get around well. Sales man helped me get around and was treated great! Thank you

    I just recently bought a new home and one issue was that my 2014 GMC Sierra was too long for the garage. I decided to go shopping for a new vehicle. It was a easy decision, I just went to Lithia Chevrolet of Fairbanks and had Dave Spaulding walk me around the lot until we found the truck I was looking for. I had an easy time using Delissa in Finance and Walt Rodgers the general sales manager to make the sale complete. Larry Reger was also a big help. Thanks to all the folks that made this happen

    If you want the best service go see John Levine! Not only is he professional in every way, he understands the time is precious. He knew what he was talking about, fast yet accurate on the paperwork and true joy of a salesman. I strongly recommend this dealership to all furthermore, go see John
  • Adding costs to an online deal

    I had a deal set up on a 2015 Camaro From Camp Chevrolet online and over the phone.I talked to the sales person and verified the costs..Special price..documentation and licensing fee. I was told I could have a different color stripe put on it.The sttipe was part of the deal. I arrived to find that there was a $700 fee added on for the stripe.I told the sales manager that that wasn't the deal we made. He said well I wanted a stripe and it costs $700.I stated I didn't inow I woulr be charged again for a second stripe..He offered to cut that in half but refused to stick with the deal.The general manager came out and said that if I didn't pay he wadnt going to sell me the car..I drove 3 hours for this car andtook a day off of work to have to deal with this mess..I would NOT recommend Camp Chevrolet..The are not honest!

    After realizing that we had some issues and their was some misunderstandings Brian worked hard to get them resolved. The problems are being taken care of and Brian deserves a huge thank you for doing so. We are looking forward to a long term relationship with Camp and are pleased with the car that we purchased.

    Contrary to a posting by someone named jesseeperry (not my son JesseMPerry nor I), my experience with this organization was top notch. I found the staff, especially Amanda Meyer, to be honest, pleasant and helpful. While my loyalty has been to Alaska Sales in Anchorage for many years, when they did not have what I needed I found it here. Thank you all so very much!

    They will tell u the car might be outback and sell it to you then tell u it will be in at end of week then it will keep getting pushed out only buy a car from them if its on the lot
