Aman and Brian were very helpful throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable walking out the door and I got an amazing deal. I was always afraid to walk in to that location just because it seemed really fancy but I walked out with a big smile thank you team. I appreciate it.

    The staff were so accommodating. I was able to purchase a new vehicle cheaper than a used one! I am driving my dream GMC and could not be happier.

    I worked hand in hand with sales associate Gary Brady & finance manager Kimberly Borget at Brotheton. I had been dealing with several other GMC dealerships on the west coast, none of which where as professional or accommodating. I am an out of state purchaser and the process couldn’t have been easier. The follow up and professionalism was superior to my prior dealership experiences.

    Oil change and tire rotation hopefully all fluids were checked and filled. Missed the wiper fluid. No big deal as long as everything was checked and filled.

    This vehicle was purchased long distance over the phone and on-line. I found John and the staff at Brotherton to be extremely helpful and prompt with any questions or help that I needed through the entire transaction! They were also able to help Me facilitate shipping all the way to Alaska! Couldn’t be happier with My decision to use this dealership, or pick this particular truck!!! I highly recommend Brotherton!! Great transaction!!!

    Purchased a pre-certified Cadillac from Brotherton. The sales process was a positive one. However, the post sales experience was a nightmare. Within 2 months of the purchase date, the vehicle experienced major mechanical issues. I brought the vehicle into the Bellevue Cadillac dealership due to the distance. Over a period 10 months, electric problems were fixed, torque converter (after 4 attempts), rear differential (after 4 attempts). New problems arose as a result of the service fixes. Finally decided to take the vehicle back to Brotherton and found out that I had to replace all four tires due to what they called "wear and tear". However at no point in my prior maintenance appointments was I told I had any tire issue. Furthermore, tires are rotated at every oil change. I requested the Brotherton buyback the vehicle due to the repetitive mechanical issues or a trade out for another vehicle. Brotherton refused both and their stance was that they were a retailer and if I had issues to take it up with GM Assistance. I went through the whole GM Assistance which was a waste of time because they are not interested in consumers who purchase used vehicle only new ones due to the Lemon Laws that they must abide by. GM took the side of the dealerships and placed responsibility back to the consumer. The lack of accountability by both Brotherton and GM for their product is a disappointment. I own two other GM (Chevrolet) vehicles and must say I have not had mechanical issues with either. I thought by purchasing a high end vehicle I would have the same high end quality customer service. However, that seems to be the opposite case. Now we are stuck with the repairs and the incompetent work of the service people that left the vehicle worse than when we purchased it. I highly recommend (1) NOT to purchase GM Certified Vehicle as you will not have the same rights as you would on the new vehicle (e.g. Lemon Law). I also recommend not purchasing from Brotherton as they do not care about the customer experience after you purchase your vehicle and will not take accountability for the products they sell. They will send you right back to GM, who will in turn give you a runaround and leave you where you first started, back at square one and assuming all responsibility on your own.

    Recently bought a car at Brotherton Cadillac. Luckily I had a great salesmen that was made my experience wonderful. Ryan really cared about me and helped me find the car that meets my needs and wants. He was so honest and easy to work with. If you are thinking of buying a car from brotherton ask for Ryan and he will take care of you.
