    I would give ZERO stars if I could to Honda of Renton, where I bought a used 2018 RAV4. They were TOTALLY DISHONEST about services to be performed I requested (and agreed to) during my test drive for evaluation by a Bellevue mechanic. I had to get AutoNation customer service involved to get full resolution after I was ghosted by the sales rep. I asked for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and front-end alignment via text on my test drive, which they agreed to. None of these services were performed when I took delivery of the car.

    The people at the dealership were very kind and friendly, they understood what we were looking for and helped us find the best car within our spending budget without trying to push us to something more expensive.     After visiting a few Honda dealership around the city, AutoNation Renton gave me the best deal right off the bat. Chris F reached out to me when I first submitted my interest in an Honda HRV and was very helpful when I requested frequent updates about the status of my car delivery. One of the other representatives, Omar, was extremely sweet and helped me understand the warranties that were available. I would recommend those interested in Honda’s to come visit this location.

    It was great working with sales person Jacob Jamison. He was not pushy at all. He let me explain what I was looking for. We took the 2024 Honda CRV for a test drive and I was signing paperwork within 30 minutes. Jacob was kind, polite and knew different features about the vehicle and answered all my questions. If you go to this dealership, ask for Jacob by name. You will have a great buying experience.

  • Couldn't fix my issue

    I bought my car here and when I took it inforsetvixe they couldn't fix the heater... told me I had to go to Bellevue instead. I did purchase the extended warranty.... Okay fine, I've called 3 times since to speak to someone about WHERE inBellevue mycar needs to go and crickets. Meanwhile it's winter and the heating works in half of my car.

    Hi to all. The service center was full and it took longer to change oil but the place is huge and there is different gourmet coffee and chocolate available, TV was on for entertainment but the big difference is Justin, He made my day. Kept me updated and texted some videos of chassis and under the hood. Overall 5 stars. Thank You Justin

    Such a helpful group of people. When I couldn’t get the car I wanted, Ray sat patiently and went over what I could get. He was so patient.
