I love in Port Orchard which is quite a drive from Port Angeles, so a lot of communication was email and phone. Throughout the entire process it was very easy to get in contact with the sales team and they were very helpful the entire way.

by Richard on 01/05/2022Historically and always, Koenig's service is perfection. Periodically I request my tire's air pressure be set at 36 PSI. This is important to me. Many times this is not done even though I go out of my way to ask when I come in and when my… vehicle is ready. This is a minor aspect of my experience, minor because everything else is perfection. I especially having free car wash, information on vehicle's condition & winshield washer fluid filled.Best experience ever!

We couldn't have had a better experience from our salesman, Patrick Downs, to the finance manager, everything was professional and courteous -- none of the games… that you can often encounter when looking for a car. We have also had our older Outbacks serviced at Koenig for years, we are happy to stay local with Koenig. And, if you're from King County, you pay less sales tax at Koenig!Outstanding Customer Service
