    We purchased a 2014 ford expedition through Josh Kellar. He laughed and joked with us and befriended our kids they really liked his personality, he answered our questions and did not pressure us to make a sell. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that might be looking for a vehicle and he made the experience a good one even though we was a thousand miles away from home.

    I really didn't think they could make a deal work for me, and wasn't really looking. The Team I worked with were awesome and made things work, and I bought a 2016 F350 Platinum. Looking forward to a new Ford hat! Lol.
  • Safety Recall work - no charge pleased with shuttle program

    My appointment was right before Christmas. I took advantage of the shuttle service and was very pleased. It allowed me to take care of things and still get the work done on my vehicle. This was an appointment for a "Safety Recall" for the power steering assist system.

    I wasn't particularly happy with the bed side manner of the service man who helped me. I bought this truck at this dealership over 3 years ago brand new. So I do have a bit of history as well as other Fords I purchased there in years past. He just seemed very rude and short when he called me concerning my truck. The actual service work was fine. But he read me a list of suggested items I should address and have you guys fix totaling $3500. When I tried to discuss these items with him he didn't really want to discuss it and constantly talked over and finally he said ok see you and hung up. When I arrived to pick up my truck he was not around to go over the items. One of the items listed was just a simple air filter. Now I know they didn't look at it because I just had it replaced less then 3 weeks ago. Other items I am sure they just assumed also because of my mileage. But I recently had those things serviced as well. I have no problem with suggestions due to mileage but don't list things without checking them. And the service man needs to take time with the customer. A $70,000 King Ranch I do want to keep it running well. I also was recently made aware that you do not have loaner cars anymore. But I was assured you had a shuttle. I was told 8:30 for the shuttle. By 9:30 I finally called someone to pick me up because there was no shuttle and no one had any idea where it was. Bottom line is in order to want Ford to service my vehicle in lieu of a private shop you need to make it more friendly for the customer and not make them feel like your just running cattle through. I was also quoted $230 for an install. When I got the bill it was $230 plus $20 Misc. charges? Really? I should have argued the point but I was ready to get out of there. Thank you -

    We began looking for a replacement vehicle for our 2005 Ford Explorer in October 2015. We needed a smaller SUV with 4X4/AWD as we live in a rural area. since the kids and grandkids had grown up we no longer needed seating for 7 people. We looked both locally and on the internet for cars. We stopped by and talked to a salesman who showed us several Escapes and Edges so we could compare which suited us best. We found a good/fair deal on a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium model. The salesman and the financial department both helped us through the process. We are very happy with the car so far.

    I've owned Ford trucks for over 30 years and this is the first time that I've had both radiator hoses "go bad" at less than 60,000 miles if fact I've never had to replace a hose at less than 100,000 miles! What's changed? Cheaper materials? Low cost supplier? I expect better quality when I purchase a Ford vehicle. Disappointed with Ford. Great service this time Corwin Ford and your customer lobby is unsurpassed.

    The service was amazing and low pressure. The salesmen did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. The finance guy was great too. Low pressure and pleasant.

    my service adviser was right there making sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. all this, while I thought Chaos would rein, as I dealt with several issues at once. I was rattled, he never was. He just took care of it.

    I called because my car was making an odd noise. I really appreciated you getting in the very next day. Since parts were ordered you had to keep it overnight. My only disappointment was it didn't go through the car wash like it does for oil changes. Since the repair cost $700 I'd suggest you change your policy to include a car wash with any service. Thanks Kathy

    Everyone there was very helpful and had the information I needed. Jere Gorsline in service was very helpful and keeped in touch with me on how things were going on my truck. He is one reason that I kept going there to get my truck work on.

    I started looking if you weeks before we purchased or scape online at most of the dealers within 300 miles of my home. Most of the dealers forgiving large dealer discounts. Corwin ford was not showing any discounts online. So I decided to at least to come down to your new dealership and take a test drive. You didn't have much of a selection. I finally decided to take a test drive in one of the 2015 escape titanium. Hunter was the sales representative that helped me. We did a short test drive which gave me a good idea of what I wanted with the vehicle. After arriving back at the dealership I told Hunter that I wasn't ready to buy but that I would be back with my wife for an additional test drive. He gave me his business card and asked if I wouldn't mind giving him my phone number, which I didhe also asked exactly what I was looking for owner vehicle and said he was search for one.. He called me a few times over the next week to see if I needed any assistance. I told him that I would probably be down the next Saturday with my wife for a test drive. When we arrived we found in escape that seemed to fhave most of the options that I wanted. Instead of looking for the perfect via I decided that we could make an offer on the one in stock. Hunter took our information and checked your credit to ensure that we qualify for the 0% for 72 months. He then came in with an offer for a total discount of $750. I countered with an offer discount teen $5000 lower than MSRP. We then went on the line with Hunter and looked at other dealers in the Northwest and their discounts. We decided to counter at $4300 discount. Hunter took that information and came back with a counter of $4000 total discount. We agreed to make the deal!. I was very satisfied with the remaining activities of the transaction and we were on our way in about an hour and a half. Hunter was always very curious and willing to listen. For young man he seems to have a very good neck of dealing with people. also we love our new toy! Thanks, Wayne Shannon .

    I purchased a 2015 f-250 powerstroke. I didn't feel pressured to buy a certain truck and everyone was very helpful. Everyone at Corwin was very friendly and exceeded my expectations.
