    A cold wet day was made better by Ken M. showing me all the different F150 trucks on the lot. He answered all of my questions and I never felt any pressure to make a decision. After I did decide on a new truck he walked me through all of the features that needed to be set up to personalize my new truck for me. Thanks for a great experience Ken!

    Steve listened closely on the phone to my comments in regards to what I wanted to use the vehicle for; so when I came to the dealership the next day, he not only showed me the vehicle I wanted to see, but also had an alternative vehicle to consider. However, After looking at both well maintained vehicles, I decided to test drive the original one I came to look at. I bought it and have already taken it out on a 100 mile drive, along with, taking it on a bumpy, dirt road to meet the search and rescue team for orientation. I am extremely happy with the way my Ford Escape handles on the freeway and on dirt roads that I wouldn't take a sedan on. Excellent service; Excellent communication and coordination in regards to this sale. No hassle and smooth transaction from start to finish. Thanks Steve!

    My parents and I went in to buy my first car. We weren't jumped on by the sales staff. They were nice, respectful, and gave us our space while we were trying to make a decision. We were helped with Brent S. He was very nice and helpful and sold us a very nice 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. Their prices were fair and they didn't go back and forth with us on the price. The price on the tag is the price of the car.

    Steve and the team at Bowen Scarff Ford helped me purchase a truck I am extremely happy with while making the experience of buying it a positive one. They were honest and straightforward and handled my neededing to sign all the paperwork with my wild 3 year old son running around the office with a sense of humor, calm, and patience that was impressive. It was a much more relaxed and confident process than I'd had buying previous vehicles. Big thanks to Steve, Tom, and Glen.

    Bowen Scarff was the third dealership I visited to find a new truck. They really provided me a great truck and great service. They were able to find me the truck I wanted with all of the options I needed and located the vehicle for me on the other side of the mountains. They truly are the no dicker dealership. They offered me a very reasonable price and located the best rebates and discounts. I truly feel that I couldn't have gotten what I want at a better price. I did a lot of research prior to buying so I knew what was out there and the prices available. If you hate to negotiate as I do, check them out. I would also like to send my appreciation to my salesman Hugh M. Hugh was truly no pressure and a real gentleman. He treated me with respect and we did most of the communication via email. I told him what I wanted and he located the vehicle for me and delivered the perfect product. Hugh made sure he found what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into less. And believe me I was very specific in what I wanted and that truck was no where in the area. I also appreciated when owner Mark Scarff came in and made sure I was buying the truck I wanted. It was also nice talking to him about the first Fords we owned, he told me about his family and well he really made me comfortable to think that I was in the right place to buy a car. Bowen Scarff is definitely the first place I would go to look for a new car or refer them to a friend.

    We bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent. We used the Costco Auto Program and it was a great deal! Ron O. was our sales associate. Ron's a great guy to do business with. He's friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. He came in on his day off to make sure that we learned how to use our new vehicle (it's AWESOME) and all of its great technology before we drove it away. And I am sure Ron is just a phone call away if we have any more questions!

    I came in looking for a new car and I left with one a couple of hours later...I traded in a 2011 Ford Edge on a 2014 Lincoln MKX...in a process that was haggle and hassle free. My contact, Randy G., was very helpful and did not play the usual games. I highly recommend Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln.

    I came to Bowen Scarff after I had already been to some other Ford dealerships, and wish I had stopped here first! I was greeted by Steve L. who took the time to show me several vehicles and explain the options on each one. At no point did I feel pressured, so I was able to relax and actually check them all out. The entire process was straight forward, which is especially comforting for a first time car buyer. I've been driving my beautiful new Focus for about a week now and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Bowen Scarff.

    I brought my 2005 Ford 500 to Bowen Scarff for a minor repair. While this was being taken care of, I mentioned to Roman that I liked the looks of the new Taurus SHO. He mentioned there was one on the lot, and got Randy G. to come and assist me. He was very friendly and professional, and I decided to go for a short test drive. I loved the car, and decided to consider buying it. Randy very patiently answered all my questions, and did not apply any pressure to buy it. He made me feel valued, and that helping me was important to him. I trusted that he was giving me complete and accurate information, and went ahead with the purchase. He clearly explained my financing options, and I feel I was given a fair trade in for my Ford 500. (which I also purchased from Bowen Scarff). The whole experience was stress free! Talking with Kari W. was a good opportunity to help me decide which additional items would fit my needs. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated, and with my awesome new 2014 Taurus SHO!     It was a refreshing experience to discuss an auto purchase/lease in a friendly, non-pressure environment in which our interests were the primary factor. Sales Associate, Ken, took exceptional time and effort to explain both the product, with all the new and complex technologies, and the financial considerations. The Company was fair, straight forward and pleasant to deal with, consistent with their history of excellent customer service. If in the Ford/Lincoln market, I would encourage you to add Bowen Scarff to your dealer list.

    We purchased the Lincoln from salesman, Randy Good. We found him very knowledgeable and he listened to our needs. After test driving many different vehicles we selected the Lincoln. After shopping around from Idaho to Yakima, WA we found the best pricing at Bowen Scarff in Kent, WA. We traded in a Toyota Highlander that was in great shape and fun to drive, but not towable behind a motorhome. The new vehicle was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. Randy greeted us on return trips to the dealership and was very helpful throughout the transaction. It was like a breath of fresh air considering how sales staff used to treat customers. I feel good about recommending Bowen Scarff and Randy to others.

    Like everyone else, we did our research on the net and determined we wanted to explore the Fusion Hybrid and Energi. The rebates were attractive so we opted for the Energi. Basically, I went to the lot, met with Brent, went for a test drive and was really surprised by the overall comfort and performance of the Energi. Arranged to come back with my wife for her drive as she would be primary driver. She really liked it. We expressed our commitment to purchase after they saw our trade. Low balled me on the trade, I countered, accepted and an hour later drove home in our new car. Easy Peasy. Really pleased with car (4 days now), Brent our sales rep and the entire process.

    After talking with some of my family members about purchasing a new truck, they recommended that I visit Bowen Scarff as they had purchased all of their vehicles from there and had a great experience. I have finally arrived at the point in my life where I could afford to buy the truck I have always been waiting for. I found that truck at Bowen Scarff. One of the first things I do not want when I walk onto car lot is to be "attacked" by their sales people. Tim Z. approached my wife and I in an easy going, professional manner, and respected our wishes. Tim helped me sort through their inventory for the trucks that met my criteria. Being a detailed researcher (it drives my wife crazy), I had many questions about different truck models, options etc and Tim spent the time to answer each one. After reaching a sale agreement with Tim, I was personally thanked by Brian C., one of the sales managers, for my business and time. I was impressed by his taking the time to recognize me and thank me. I worked with Tom B. on the financing. He did a great job shopping for rates and answering all of my questions related to the $$$.

    Having never bought a car (either used or new) my knowledge of the car buying experience consisted entirely of car dealer commercials from the '70s. Anticipating Cal Worthington and his "dog" Spot, I began emailing local dealers to gather some basic information about inventory, options, pricing, etc. Within about an hour I had a response from almost every Ford dealer in Puget sound. What I didn't have was any useful information. That was until I got a response from Brent at Bowen Scarff Ford. Not only did he let me know what inventory they had available, he gave me pricing information without first making me promise that he would "earn my business" if he could locate an Escape in my color choice. They didn't have the Escape I wanted in stock but were able to obtain it within a few days from another local dealer. I knew the exact price I was going to pay (taxes & fees included) before I even test drove the vehicle. The whole process could not have been simpler. I was extremely impressed with Brent. He was professional, genuine and was available to answer my questions even on his days off. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Bowen Scarff Ford.

    We were sold a fabulous 1987 Mercedes-Benz convertible. We felt absolutely no pressure and appreciated the salesman's honesty and the time he took to explain Bowen Scarff's policies. We had a very positive experience and love the car.

    We recently purchased a 2014 Ford Escape from Bowen Scarff Ford. Randy G., the salesman, worked with my wife and I over multiple visits to help us in our selection. We never felt any pressure and he always insisted on us understanding all of our options. We are delighted with our new Escape. This is the third car we purchased from Bowen Scarff through Randy and would definitely recommend them for both sales and their honest repair facility.

    Recently I purchased a new Ford F 150 from Bowen-Scarf Ford in Kent. Dealing with all personnel I came in contact with was not only easy but actually an enjoyable process. My salesman Ron O. was friendly, knowledgable, and committed to customer satisfaction in all aspects of the transaction. It is refreshing to be seen, not as a potential commission, but as a individual they want to satisfy completely in the buying process. From his guidance in helping in the selection, to making sure the vehicle was ready when I arrived to take possession and then taking time to thoroughly go over all the functions of different equipment, allowed me to see that Ron Olson's cordial yet professional attitude was refreshing and one that made the buying process highly satisfactory. The Bowen-Scarf policy of the "no dicker- sticker" gives the customer just what is needed, good savings on a quality product making it a win-win situtation for all involved. Ron O. made it like dealing with a friend and not a business, making sure that each and every question I posed was answered in a knowledgable and professional fashion. Thus, leaving me with a feeling of comfort, confidence, and satisfaction on the purchase. I highly recommend other car/truck shoppers take the time to visit Bowen-Scarf Ford and speak with Ron O. regarding their needs. I am sure they will be as pleased as I was with the results.

    I was very hesitant to going back to Bowen Scarff Ford after my experience when testing out 2013 F150 last year down there. Tom K. changed my mind and is the only reason I purchased my Focus at Bowen Scarff instead of the 3 closer Ford dealerships around my house. Unlike my previous experience, Tom K. was patient and forthcoming with answers to all my questions and even though I showed up at 6:30 (only half hour prior to their closing) and was already involved in a sale with another customer he took his time to make sure I had the right vehicle and never rushed me. I believe we were their till 8:30 that night finishing up the paperwork and getting my truck all cleaned up. I would also like to give a big thank you to Kari (pretty sure that was her name) in financing. She also did not rush me and spent 10-15 minutes going over all my questions about the warranties. With that said, I am not having the same quality of customer service from the “service department”, I just get a feeling that I am interrupting their obviously too-busy-for-me schedule and I have to jump between parts department and service department to find a simple question on how much it would cost total with installation for something and then I have to go to a third department to actually pay. I thought the purchase of the car would be the most confusing aspect however from my personal experience that is not the case. I would rather purchase my parts/service from the sales department, they might not be commission based but I feel they WANT to take care of the customer and not make the customer feel they are in the way of their work. Overall I will make future vehicle purchases at Bowen Scarff, however they will not be getting any of my money for parts/service I will go check out Korum Ford, Scarff Ford in Auburn, or Ford in Tacoma (all of whom are much closer to where I live). I wish their service/parts department was as dedicated to customer loyalty as the sales department.

    I am very impressed with the team at Bowen Scarff. I have been looking to upgrade my 1999 Explorer to a newer version, and have visited numerous dealers to test drive them. I was not impressed with the staff at the 3 different dealerships and left without purchasing a new car. I finally decided to buy one and Ken contacted me after I built my own online. His professionalism both via phone, email, and in person are rare to encounter now days. He took the time to help me find what I want. Also the financial team did a great job in helping me to get the best deal ever!! I look forward to working with the Bowen Scarff team keeping my 2014 Explorer in top shape for the next 14 years.
