    We just bought a new F150 truck from Bowen Scarff. We loved the 'No-dicker sticker' approach. It was so easy to get the real price of the car, without all of the run-around. Hugh Monahan was truly the 'honest car dealer' and he was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Bowen Scarff to anyone looking to buy a Ford.

    I received a fair and equitable trade in value, and the price on the new car was fair, as far as a new car purchase experience goes I would rate this 8-9 out of 10 Score out of 10, with 10 being out standing Negotiations 7 Comfortable with the Sale process 8 Treated Fairly 9 Respected as a Customer 10 Took the time to explain features of the vehicle 9 Feeling after the sale 7 Pricing 8.5 Total 66.5/80 or 8.31 overall score out of 10

    We were new customers to Bowen Scarff Ford in 2007, when we bought a new Mustang GT/CS. Since then, we have purchased three new trucks. Hugh Monahan has always given us a price thousands below any other dealership we've checked out. He also works hard to find special Ford offers to subtract from his original quote. That's why it pays to travel a few hours when buying a car or truck. Hugh makes the whole process easy and quick, yet he spends as much time as you need to get you oriented on the electronics and other features of your new car. After delivery, if you have any problems or can't negotiate the computer, just call him. The entire staff at Bowen Scarff is relaxed and friendly; I highly recommend you check out the dealership in Kent, WA.

    I'm very pleased with my experience at Bowen Scarff Ford. Tom was great--he had everything lined up to make my visit short & sweet. The new Focus is for my teens, and he even took the extra time to explain all the functions & controls to my 17 year old. Great customer service. I'd recommend them, and will go back. Thanks!

    My wife is really Happy with her new 2014 Ford Escape that we purchased through Bowen Scarff Ford. We especially like to thank Randy G. who helped us from the moment we arrived. He was very down to earth and explained the process of their pricing, which we liked and didn't need to spend our entire day trying to negotiate.     My experience at Bowen Scarff Ford was as easy as it can get buying a new car. Randy Good was extremely accomodating. I first contacted him online. He answered all my questions via email throughout the day. I felt comfortable going in the next day to see him. He honored everything he told me in his emails. I bought a new 2012 Lincoln MKX. It was a completely hassle free experience with the no dicker sticker. I'll never buy a car again another way. Thank you Randy.

    "No Dicker Sticker" price posted is price paid. I do not normally enjoy the experience of buying a car. However, with no hassle of negotiating price, with Mel Harn it became a fun experience. I will buy again from Mel and Bowen Scarff..

    I just bought a 2008 F-150 Harley Davidson 105th yr anniversary truck and I love it!! Bill Kastner and Spike Addis provided over the top customer support and worked very hard to make my dream truck a reality. They offered a fair trade in price for my vehicle and got me a better than expected finance rate from my credit union. I couldn't be happier and there is definitely no next day buyer remorse!! This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from Bowen Scarff and I love this dealership. I've been to many in my day but this is the only one I would write a review for. Thank you guys!!

    My wife and I purchased a new MKX through Randy Good at Bowen Scarff and were completely satisfied with the entire experience (including financing, that can be unnerving to some :-)) I am a professional consultant/facilitator having provided extensive auto/truck customer service training with many nameplates, and Randy's respectful style, efficient time management, and thorough follow-through are second to none. Thanks, Randy, for doing such a great job that is an example for others willing to learn!

    I have always hated buying a car...I would rather get a tooth pulled. That said, I just purchased a new 2012 Ford Focus and I am never going to buy a car from anyone other than Randy Good and Bowen Scarff! The experience was amazing and painless! I would recommend Randy and Bowen Scarff to anyone looking for an honest, straighforward buying experience. There were no hidden fees. Randy was thorough and professional. He did not try to talk me "up" to something more expensive like other dealerships! I can't say enough good things about the experience and Randy Good!

    My wife and I have purchased two new Fords this year, our first new domestic cars, because the products met every one of our requirements and our experience as customers was outstanding. Our first purchase was a 2011 Edge Sport with all the bells and whistles. It’s an awesome vehicle (my wife’s) with a ride, fit and finish quality that is superb and was completely unexpected. Our second purchase was a 2012 Escape XLT with most of the bells and whistles. I bought this to replace a car and an old pickup and so far I love it. It gets reasonable mileage and is very comfortable to drive my one hour commute. Our salesman was Randy Good and he proved to us a car salesman can be professional, courteous and most importantly trustworthy. In fact the entire team we delt with was top notch. After our experiences shopping at Toyota, Infiniti, Acura, Subaru and VW, we were very pleasantly surprised and almost immediately convinced we had found a great place to do business. I wouldn’t (and haven’t) hesitate to recommend Bowan Scarff Ford and Randy Good to all my friends and colleagues.

    I was looking for a new car being completely new to the area. I researched the dealerships on Edmunds.com first and decided to call Bowen Scarff. My call was answered by Randy Good and my questions were answered professionally and politely. I visited the dealership and was treated very well by Randy again. I tried two models of Ford Edge and Randy explained all the differences. I couldn't make my decision immediately, but Randy was not even trying to push me into a purchase. He patiently accepted my decision to discuss the options with my family and come the next day. I came the next day after work and Randy was there waiting for me despite working from the early morning. We went over the model differences one more time and I confirmed my decision which one to buy. We went through all the paperwork very efficiently including a call to my insurance and Randy secured a loan for me at the rate and time period we agreed upon the day before. I do have a very good credit history and could secure the credit by other means, but it was important to see that the seller is fulfilling their promise. Then, I worked over the finances with Tom and again had a good feeling about the professionalism and the way I was being treated although it was now a very late evening and the dealership was officially closed. After the finances were taken care of, Randy stayed with me for one more call to my insurance to make sure that my new car is added to my policy. Then, Randy helped me by driving my new car while I was driving a rental to return it. After I returned the rental I drove Randy back to the dealership and he could finally go home. It was well after 9 PM when he and I left home. I would highly recommend Randy Good as a sales person and Bowen Scarff as a dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car and be treated professionally and with courtesy.

    We purchased a new 2013 Ford F 150 last week from Bowen Scarff Ford dealer in Kent. What a good experience we had. Tom K., the sales rep was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. He showed us several cars and trucks, allowed us to test drive what ever we wanted and followed up with phone calls with answers to our many questions. We used the Costco car plan and he gave us a very good price. This experience at Bowen Scarff was so very different from the other dealers we went to in Tacoma and Puyallup area. The other dealers were nasty, pushy and rude. When we left Tom K. at Bowen Scarff with our new F 150, we were very happy and satisfied customers. I highly recommend this dealership and Tom K. if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

    We purchased our new 2012 Ford Fusion SEL from Bowen Scarff. In years past, we have purchased other new and used vehicles from this dealer because we are always quoted a fair price, they had good selection and their no haggle policy reduced the stress of buying a car. Our salesperson, Hugh Monahan, provided a comprehensive overview of all the vehicle features including the Ford Sync and Navigation systems. Prior to, during and after our test drive he pointed out all the appropriate safety and comfort features as well as the fine points of how the vehicle works. All of this was done without any sales pressure and with good humor. The entire process was zero stress and enjoyable. I recommend Bowen Scarff to anyone in the market for a new or used car and I highly recommend Hugh as a top notch sales professional who puts service to the customer as his highest priority.

    We have bought a total of 9 cars over the past 25 years from this dealership and in the past 15 years or so, Randy Good has been our go to sales guy. We get the time to drive all the cars that we want and never feel pressured to make a choice until we were ready. This last go around it took a year for me to decide what I wanted. So each time we stopped by the dealership, Randy would greet us and ask what we wanted to drive. When we finally make a choice the sales process is simple and easy. Randy does a good job making sure we get the deals. We will buy from them again.

    I worked with Randy who was able to set me up with a lease on a new 2014 Ford Focus BEV in no time flat. I didn’t go to Bowen Scarff first because the dealership is about 20 miles from my home but I’m very glad I wound up there. After working with 3 other local Ford dealers who could not make pricing work and one which actually lied to me about vehicle availability it was very refreshing to find Randy at Bowen Scarff. I knew the car I wanted and I knew the price I was willing to pay for it. I simply spoke to Randy on the phone and told him what I wanted. He confirmed he had a matching vehicle in stock and said he would work on the pricing. He told me he would work with his dealership to get the best price he could and call me back in about 45 minutes. He honored that commitment and was able to get the vehicle price right where I had asked for it – actually $1 less per month. We agreed to the terms of the sale on the phone, he sent me a follow up e-mail to confirm the price and I agreed to be at the dealership at 6PM that night to sign papers and take it home. I didn’t need to test drive the vehicle since I had already done so at another dealership. Randy was actually waiting at the front door of the dealership when I arrived. He showed me the car to be sure it was the one I wanted and then he took me straight to his office. He had all the preliminary paperwork right on his desk and he walked me through exactly what I was signing. After that the finance team need to prepare a few documents and have me sign some more papers. My finance application had already be taken since Randy had done that over the phone earlier. While we waited for finance Randy walked me through a few items in the car, helped my synchronize my phone and showed me how to us the website associated to the car. Soon enough finance was ready for me to sign some more papers and I was done, the car was mine. I was literally in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes, tack on another 15 minutes of initial phone calls and I had leased a new car in about 1 hour. I’ve bought many cars from dealerships in my life but this was the fastest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Without a second of hesitation I would recommend that anyone interested in a Ford or Lincoln connect with Randy at Bowen Scarff to make a great deal with a real professional. 5 Stars, no doubt.

    Just purchased a new F-150 4x4. The process from start to finish was very professional, non-pushy, friendly and just the right atmosphere from all involved.
