    I went to test drive the '13 Mustangs, Ken was great and didn't pressure me at all. When I made up my mind to buy, I called Ken and he had everything ready. I was in and out in just over two hours. He helped me find exactly what I wanted without trying to upsell me or any other nonsense. I am totally satisfied. Easiest new car buy ever. Their prices were all below what I found anywhere else and were a little under what the USAA best negotiated price was. I will recommend Bowen Scarff Ford to anyone looking.

    For me it boils down to the numbers game. There really has been only a couple times I test drove a car that I didn't end up buying. I do my research ahead of time and get some idea of what I want anyway. I loathe the back-and-forth negotiating and wasting my time. The price should be the price. It is at Bowen and it is a fair price. Tim Z. walked me through the process and it was the easiest time I had buying a car. Bowen doesn't have to be your first stop, but it will likely be your last and best.

    I have bought Ford Escape XLT 2011 05/21/21011 with Pete Anderson and I can recommend this dealership and Pete for any deals, because I have checked tens dealership around me during last 2-3 years in person and online and I can compare something. Briefly - I am more than happy. Originally I am Russian, and I cannot understand, why many American people prefer Japanese car? My first car - Suzuki Esteem, I do not want say anything bad about it, but Ford... Average fueling of Suzu - 24-25 mpg, 1.6 l Engine. And usually I used midgrade gas due to old engine. Now my average is ... trust me... 21.6- 23 mpg, but I use cheapest gas and, by the way, I have 3 liters engine. May be 10-15 years ago Japan beat American cars by smaller size (easier parking, less fueling), but where advantage of Japan car now? Most Ford's (and other American) cars have same warranty, same fueling, cheaper repair and parts cost??? I read reviews from Russia about Ford Escape, and Russian owner excited by Escape, also his Escape has just 2.3 liters engine. What about 3 liter 6V? When I just have arrived into USA, during my first trip at I-5 I saw hundred's Japan cars there and I said to my friends: look, new Pearl Harbor here.. They come in... In my opinion, here is just one reason, why Japanese can be competitive here: American auto industry was almost killed by Union's mafia and Japanese plants here with their cheap labor cost... Think on it. Whom you want support: Japan or yourself? Moreover, Ford is Real Enjoy. I did not plan a lot of trips, but less than 3 month I have 3000+ miles already – Canada, National parks, just trips for fun around state. So, if you have to choose between two car’s models: “Toyota Recall” and “Just A Good Ford” – which one you’ll choose? I have Ford. Ford Escape. Just A Good Ford.

    We just bought a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL with all the bells and whistles. Hugh Monahan was our salesman and made the experience fun, was knowledgable about the cars and the differences between them and honored every promise he made to us as to our trade-in, incentives, etc. We had walked out of several dealerships already. The first dealer offered us 2500. for our 2005 Honda Civic telling us the transmission was shot (not true). We received 7000. from Bowen Scharff. We were also able to take advantage of the Costco deal which made the car even less expensive. I have always had a feeling I have just been ripped off after having bought a new car, but not his time. We had fun and enjoyed Hugh a great deal. We would recommend Bowen Scharff - home of the "No Dicker Sticker" (it's true) - and Hugh Monahan to anyone shopping for a new car. We also love the car and can even take a class to learn more about the Sync system etc. if we need to, although Hugh showed us everything we needed to know while we were at the dealership.

    The idea of buying a new car is always a love / hate thing for me and my wife. Having done our research and decided on a couple of different models we set out in search of our car with the typical car dealer dread that has come from numerous purchase experiences over the past 15 years. I was optimistic however, after calling Bowen Scarff and talking with Ron Olson over the phone about what we were looking for. Ron took the time to work through various options for the model we were looking for (at the time a 2012 Taurus Limited) and invited us down to the dealership to talk more. As it was a good, non-high pressure conversation that ended up being the first stop of the day. After meeting Ron and letting him know the options we were interested in we were able to understand final price etc and were ready to head off to investigate the other car on our short list (Chrysler 300). However, as we were about to leave we noticed a row of Lincoln MKX sedans sitting there and started to look with mild interest at this as an option. After understanding the features they offered and the price we went back inside to speak with Ron about this as an option. Within 90 of seeing the car on the lot we had taken one for a drive… discussed options… and were now signing paperwork. It was an amazingly quick process. We could not be happier with not only the car, but also the service from Ron and the team at Bowen Scarff.

    I purchased a new f-150 from this Dealer 10 years ago to the month.I found their ad in the Seattle Times along with all the other Dealers in the greater Seattle area,what got My attention was the"no dicker sticker"& prices well below MSRP!--I moved from Wa. to the Oregon Coast--there are no dealers with that type of sales here,I highly recomend this Dealer to anyone-New or Used.

    Ken Mathison deserves to be recognized as a professional. He was able to find the exact new 2012 Escape package to include color that my wife and I both desired in less than an hour. The test drive was educational and the delivery experience made me feel confident in my ability to operate all the optional feature. The experience lacked bickering and dickering and was fill of smiles all around. If I buy another vehicle, I will first shop at Bowen Scarff thanks to Ken.

    We bought a 2011 F-150 Lariat with Ecoboost and I have nothing but positive things to say about the process. I researched at least 15 dealerships via the internet and in person before committing to Bowen Scarff. I highly recommend the Costco program as the price for truck was the lowest anywhere. It even beat out USAA auto program which I thought couldn't be beat. Brian Camp was our sales person. Very professional. The trade in offered for my vehicle was right in line with what I expected. They are not kidding about their "No Dicker Sticker". The Costco price was lower than that! Overall a very good buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

    We bought our Ford Focus from Hugh M. 6 years ago and now we've returned to Bowen Scarff to work with Hugh, again, to purchase a Ford Fusion Energi Titanium. Dealing with Hugh is truly a pleasant experience. Hugh is knowledgeable and helpful but in a completely relaxed, non-pushy way that _really_ takes the edge off of making a major purchase. Thank you, Hugh (again!).

    We had a wonderful time leasing a new vehicle from Bowen Scarff. Ron O. was our salesman, and he was extremely helpful and easygoing. We were able to find the car we were interested in, test drive it, sit down to figure out the terms (with no pressure, hassle, haggling, or BS), and drive it off the lot all in about an hour. Extremely satisfied with this experience!

    Just moved to town and needed a reliable car. Tim M. and crew were very helpful. I don't think they even made much money off the deal honestly -- it was even below kbb value -- but they still treated us courteously. Definitely recommended.

    This dealership is amazing. I had been searching for a specific vehicle for about a month. I found the one I wanted at several locations. I applied for financing at all locations and was given the run around until I came to Bowen Scarf Ford. I talked to Rick in sales on Saturday 7/9 and drove my vehicle home on 7/12. Even a relative of mine was ready to buy a vehicle by the time we left. This was my first vehicle purchase and Bowen Scarf Ford made it the most pleasant experience. The sales and finance teams are very knowledgable, informative, and friendly. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle or know someone who is interested in a vehicle, I will only go to and/or recommend Bowen Scarf Ford...     I recently purchased a truck from Bowen Scarff. It was probably the best car buying experience I had as I never felt I was being sold to, rather, consulted with about what was the best choice for me. Brent S was a great sales person to deal with as was the rest of the staff that helped answer questions or finalize the documentation.

    We had a fantastic experience with Tom K., and sales manager Brian C. from Bowen Scarff. We had a very busy week coming into the purchase and they made it painless. They located the car, negotiated the price over email, and stood by that price when we arrived. Final paperwork, financing, and going over the features of the vehicle only took 90 minutes to compete. Their no haggle way of doing business really made the difference to us. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Bowen Scarff.

    Enjoyed Randy G.'s professional, no pressure sales. We have been looking for the right vehicle for us for about a year. When the 2013 Escape came to the Market, Motor Trend had an article comparing it with four other Compact Utility Vehicles (CUV), it was first last year. We drove all three different engines last year and again this year. Motor Trend had a comparison of 4 vehicles and the Escape 1.6 turbo was 2nd. We looked a many different CUV's and decided on the Ford Escape with the 2.0 liter Turbo. The Subaru Forester was #2 but they did not offer a light interior with at Turbo charged engine. The Ford Escape is replacing a PT cruiser which was an excellent designed vehicle for our needs at the time but we needed a new vehicle with all wheel drive. Another interesting fact is that the USAA buying service plans refer you to Bowen Scarff Ford.
