Amazing experience
by Krystal on 07/07/2025I decided to trade in my vehicle for something new. Nate made the process seamless and easy. He was friendly and personable. Lorenzo also helped me with some of the new features on the SUV, that my old one did not have.

He didnt have that exact vehicle on his lot but was able to locate one nearby and bring to that location. I appreciate all the… extra effort he went through to satisfy my needs. He also helped me with additional items I wanted to add on to the truck.Broken Promises

Sale and Finance people willing to promise the world to you before buying the car but never come through after the deal is done. This is the worst car buying… experience I've ever had, I've felt a lot of frustration after buying the car. Will never come back to this dealer again.great service... really great service

The service is great, people friendly and helpful. What I really liked is that they were honest as… to what I could afford and didn't try to get me in a car no matter what the contract would look like. I think Jet is outstanding. I also have had all my cars serviced in their service departmnet. I also give them a thumbs up!!! I wonder if the custormer who complained is ever happy. Thanks Jet and good luck. Your dealership os awesome. I have come to know a few of the owners and what nice people and very honest!!! A satisfied customer P.S. Oh and bty way.. being a women on my own I was not taken advantaged of or belittled.Best in the business!
by jetchevrocks on 05/09/2009This past spring our family purchased its 11th vehicle from Jet Chevrolet. Without question, these have been the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchases we've ever experienced! Since we live several hundred miles away, it's not… possible for us to just run by the dealership at the drop of a hat to see what they happen to have on hand. So, when it came time to purchase our most recent vehicle, I emailed the criteria to them and, down to the smallest detail on the list, they located the exact model that we wanted! We purchased the vehicle, sight unseen. When we picked up the vehicle a couple of weeks later, it was everything we had hoped for and more. This is the fifth (5th) vehicle out of the 11 that we've purchased in this fashion from them. Dan and Jim, the owners, are down-to-earth, hardworking gentlemen who really do go the extra mile (or in our case, the extra hundreds of miles) to make sure the customers needs are met. From first-hand experience, purchasing vehicles through Jet Chevrolet is the easiest, most pleasant experience we've ever had when buying a new car or truck (and we've had a few lu-lu's...). Over the years, we've enjoyed an exceptional rapport with Dan and Jim and have come to know them not only through the business, but personally as well. Without question, you can confidently trust Jet Chevrolet with your car needs and know that they will do everything in their ability to make sure you are a satisfied customer. After our 11 vehicles, I recommend friends and relatives to them whole-heartedly!Not truthful
by intrepidgrl on 02/04/2008I will never return to this car lot again! In my opinion we were lied to from the moment we stepped on the lot. We were basically told everything wonderful such as our payments would not change to $0 Down, all just to get us into the… office. I even told our sales person he was making us look at cars too expensive for us, he told us the payments would not change very much at all. There is where it all changed. 1st down payment requested was $5000! and believe me payments went up!! We were told the wrong price on car and then given a supposed discount since my father brought us in "referral" only to find our it was their internet price. I also found that another dealership was offering same car with less milege (20,000 less) for same price...when asked why that is.. only reply from both sales consultant and manager was I'm sure they do. I would definately not recommed this dealer there are many more that give truthful information. Also I decided it would be best to let management know about this and their answer was basically they could not help me and he should not have said what he said.. the end.. thats it!2011 Mustang V6

SHe found a great used mustang for me that I absolutely love, and they didn't haggle over price. They gave me a great price from the… beginning, and the deal was the easiest and most seamless I've ever had. At no time did I ever feel pressured. I've been to dealerships where they've played a bunch of games to get me to sign on the dotted line, but Samantha at Jet was very professional and straight forward. This will be the first place I go the next time I need a new/used car.

I cannot share the viewpoints of this review. In the past 3 years, I have purchaed 3 cars from Jet Chevrolet and found them to be very honest and helpful. I purchased a new Silverado and through their fleet department found the most competitive price from Jet. I live north and based on their quote drove the hour to buy from them. That experience led me to purchase a used Car for my wife, again totally happy and then just last month after having our 4th child we purchased a Tahoe. All these transactions were over the phone and when we arrived, everyting was ready as promissed. No surprises when it came to financing and all was above board. I would highly recomend this family owned and operated dealership!!!
