    After contacting Rodland via Consumer Reports/True Car, I worked with Zach Garneau from beginning to end in purchasing the exact Tacoma configuration I wanted. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make the purchase a painless process. The finance team was also equally easy to work with. Rodland treated me well and will be a return customer for service/parts.

    Bought a RAV4 Hybrid and had a good sales experience with Jesse Driscoll. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He even went across the street to bring us the newly delivered vehicle in the color and trim we were looking for.

    My wife and myself have birth to a beautiful baby boy 3 weeks ago and decided we needed to upgrade her vehicle in order to ensure her and my sons safety. We want to Rodland Toyota in Everett to look at the 2016 4Runner and Highlander. We were greeted immediately by a salesman named Jordan Lewis. I have dealt with salesman in the past from other dealerships that were pushy and seemed to attempt to sway my decision in one way or another, but Jordan was not this type. He took the time to learn about myself and my wife's situation and what we were looking to achieve. He never once tried to push us in any certain direction and provided professional advice in an enthusiastic manner. You could tell that he sincerely cared about his customers as well as his employer. If a question came up, that he wasn't sure about, he would simply take note of it and ensure that it was answered before we left. It's always good to get service from someone who truly loves their job and I can safely say that Jordan and the general sales manager Tommy take their jobs and customers very seriously. It's hard to beat the quality of a Toyota. And when you combine that and the outstanding customer service, it really makes for a flawless, happy transaction. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from Rodland Toyota, and I hope it's with Jordan and Tommy or other individuals who can deliver a quality vehicle with superb knowledge and enthusiasm like both of them did.

    My husband has purchased 3 new cars from Mike Hildebrand over the past 20 years. My husband is a big fan of Toyota. He took me to see Mike about a certified Toyota that was listed. Mike listened to what our budget was and what I wanted in features. Mike found me the perfect car at the budgeted price. I love my car thanks Mike!

    We just bought our third new Toyota from Mike at Rodland Toyota. We keep going back because of three things: Mike, Toyota and Rodland. We get wonderful hassle free sales and service. Every promise is kept to the letter and Mike listens and hears every request we make. He knows what we want and gives us "that" car. Then he keeps in touch to make sure we're happy. The Rodland Family makes spending money a very happy experience.

    This is my first ever Car purchase. I was little skeptical when I entered the show room whether I should buy a new one or an used one. Zachary was my salesperson. He was excellent, explained all features of the vehicle and cleared all queries related to the purchase. I'd would highly recommend him and Rodland Toyota if you are looking for a new car.

    Doug Lafave was great to work with. After connecting through TrueCar, he was really good about scheduling times that were convenient for me and working with the entire Rodland team to make sure that I didn't spend a bunch of time waiting for things. I went from walking in to driving out with a new car in a just a few hours, including test drive, trade in and financing.

    Bought a 2016 Toyota Limited from Rodland Toyota of Everett, Washington and Doug LaFave was our salesman. We were nervous when we walked in the dealership because we had not bought a vehicle in 16 years but Doug made us feel comfortable right from the start. He answered questions and applied no pressure on us whatsoever. The initial asking price was a few hundred higher than we expected from our research on the internet but Doug was working with us to bring it down to what we wanted to pay for it. We had not met Doug until that day but we chose Doug LaFave because excellent reviews of Doug that we found on the internet and we were not disappointed.

    Mike Massey our salesperson was outstanding he explained the features of the Camry and answered our questions. He found us a vehicle in the color and with the features we wanted. He was never pushy and allowed us the time to make the decision that was right for us. We would recommend Mike if you are looking for a new vehicle.

    I have had nothing but amazing service from the entire team at Rodland Toyota of Everett. My sales person Taylor did all that I could have asked of him in helping me with my vehicles that I have purchased over the last few months. They held a certain vehicle for me as I was clearing up some home financial paperwork that took longer than I had expected. They easily could have sold the vehicle while they were waiting for me but held on to it without any pressure. I also had to recently purchase another vehicle and once again Taylor was there for me and had me in a perfect car for me within a day! On a side note their service department is amazing. I love going there and am somewhat disappointed when my vehicle is ready because I like hanging out there so much getting work done on their free wifi, and free coffee/snack bar.

    I have wanted a Toyota Avalon for about a year now and finally made the decision to purchase one. After driving and comparing available models at several dealerships within the Seattle area, I finally decided on a 2015 Avalon XLE Touring Edition in Blizzard Pearl with a black interior. I then checked the on hand stock at various dealerships to find the color and model I wanted. I found this model in stock at 3 different dealerships, then compared pricing. Pricing at one dealership was approximately $1,000.00 less than advertised at the other two but this dealership was approximately 30 miles further away from my home. I called Rodland Toyota on Friday, December 4th and talked with Sales Manager John Yi about pricing and availability of the model and color Avalon I was looking for. The car was in stock and John was able to match the price from the other dealership saving me 30 minutes of extra driving. I agreed to meet with John on Saturday morning to drive the car and discuss purchasing. On Saturday morning, I arrived at Rodland Toyota, met with John and a salesman named Jesse Driscoll. Jesse and I took the car out for a test drive and while on the test drive, Jesse answered all my questions regarding warranty, specifications on the car and use of the systems in the car. On our return to the dealership we agreed on a price for my trade in, then proceeded with processing the paperwork. I left with my new Avalon and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. John and Jesse were great to deal with and I will definitely return to Rodland Toyota in the future when looking for another vehicle. Thank You John and Jesse Joe M

    I leased a Prius during the black friday shopping season. Doug at Rodland are nice and friendly. No pressure at all when talking with him. Also Mark and Jeff are quite helpful as well. This is my best dealership experiences so far, and I Highly recommend Rodland.

    Non-haranguing, no hassle, positive experience. This is our second purchase of a Prius and Rodland. Good experience the first time, just as good this time. We knew what we wanted, so we didn't need a "guide". We were allowed to walk around and sit in the cars without any questions or pressure. It was the busiest sales day of the year, we had to ask for a salesperson! Our salesman was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are loyal to Rodland.

    Purchased a Certified Used 2011 Toyota Tundra Crew-Max from Roland Toyota in late November. Salesmen Russell was very friendly, low pressure and pleasant to work with. Truck was competitively priced with virtually no haggling on final pricing (I suggested a fair price and was accepted without any back and forth). Follow-up after the sale has been very good as well. Parts department has been helpful with the few questions / upgrades I have inquired on. I expect the Service will be top notch when my first service comes around as well. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend others to Roland Toyota.

    We have bought 5 cars from Rodland over the past years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Mike Hildebrand has handled all of our new car needs with professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and friendliness and is always willing to listen to any complaints, problems, etc. My wife hates to deal with car salespeople but she gladly deals with Mike. Rodland had given us exceptional service in all areas when we have dealt with them including the free espressos at any time!!
