    David was very professional and service was completed on time and all items appear to have been properly taken care of. A few nits, which were not David's fault. The service website for West Hills Mazda is not reliable - I tried to book a service appointment two different times through the website, and the appointment appeared to have been made, but it was not in West Hills records, so you need to call and book the service appointment live, not online. Also, I had to bring in my 2024 CX-90 for recall service, and the service took all day. I booked a rental car ($49 thru West Hills), but given the car still being under warranty, and this being a recall initiated by Mazda, I would have expected that the rental charge for the day of service would have been borne by Mazda.

  • Just received my vehicle back (49 days later)

    We just received our vehicle back. The vehicle had a fault that made the car inoperable. It was towed to the dealership under warranty. It took 23 days for them to offer a service loaner and a full 29 days for them to diagnose the problem. I instigated most contact, calling every ~7-10 days because the communication was lacking. It ultimately took 49 days to have the problem fixed and on the day of pick-up, I needed to remind them to put a piece of the car sitting in between the rear seats back onto the vehicle.

  • Low pressure sale.

    We purchased a 2017 CX5 from Kevin and he was very helpful with all of our questions about the vehicle. He also educated us on the vehicles bells and whistles that were foreign to us. Using the Costco Auto Program saved us a bit and comes with additional discounts towards parts and service which is great. It also takes away the having to haggle over price. I recommend it because you show up by appointment and they have prices with their discounts printed out for you to see the savings right from the start. If you want low pressure sales tactics, friendly staff and quick financing experience you may want to give this dealership a try.
