Every single person was warm, genuine, knowledgeable and sincere in helping us to think through our purchase. Colton in particular engaged with us in… a way that made it clear that he was there to help us buy the right car for us and our family, not to push a package, deal, features, etc. I would highly recommend Colton and the whole team!Seamless transaction
by Omar on 03/05/2025Jamahl was great. He asked the right questions to help with the purchase. No time was really wasted. The best thing was that there was no pressure to buy the car. The car was delivered clean and fully charged. I have had no issues so far… and Jamahl even called a few days later to make sure all was ok. I bought the car because it was exactly what was advertised and the dealer did not attempt change or sell additional stuff with the car. John the sales manager was a straight shooter from the get go. He delivered on what he promised. Luke in finance was the best, He was friendly and very knowledgeable with my transaction and helped me make the right choice in financing. Good cars, Decent Dealership

This sucks for first time car buyers cause you cant get a feel if you like it or notSamantha, I understand your frustration about not being able to test drive without insurance. Bait and Switch
by Bill on 08/20/2023Shady even by car dealer standards. Found a car I liked on their website. Called to verify it was still available. Dealer told me it was available and that that "they are already pulling the car up" for me to look at when we got there.… Drove to Bremerton, about an hour. Waited about 20 min for someone to check into things and tell me the car was sold "quite a while ago." Classic bait and switch nonsense. I understand that dealers exist to make a profit, but I can't abide by outright lies. When I complained the floor staff guy just turned his back on me and walked away. On the small chance that they weren't lying and something was lost in communication between the Internet sales guy and the floor sales team...then they're still incompetent. Either way, won't be doing business with their dealer network.Bill, I'm really sorry to read about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim for, and it's clear that we've let you down in this instance. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Me and my wife watched numerous videos on YouTube about how to deal with car salespeople and how they try to talk you into paying more than necessary for a car. Never encountered any of the… issues those videos talk about. Our two salespeople (Haley and Dylan) were very personable without losing their professionalism. Dylan did a really good job dealing with my 10 year old sons off the wall questions and conversation. Both of them went out of their way to answer all of our questions about the van we wanted (They didn't have one at the time). A week after our first meeting, Haley remembered us and immediately had Dylan called us to tell us another dealer requested a trade of one of their vans for the very model we were looking for. We dropped everything and drove the 60+ miles from our house to Bremerton to see and test drive the van. We loved it bought it that evening. We were very pleased with the service we received. We would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member.Thanks for sharing your review with us, Jeff! He made us feel very welcome and did not rush us in any way. After deciding on the purchase, we… worked with the rest of the Kia team regarding our trade-in value and purchase price of the new vehicle. They made the decision very easy for us as they gave us a very good trade-in value and were willing to work with us on an agreed purchase price. We are now a 2 Kia car family and could not be happier. I would recommend everyone buy their cars from West Hills Kia.Amazing!

Our salesman, Mike Moreland, listened to what I was looking for and I informed him right away, "Do NOT show me one of those Toaster cars, I am not interested." He showed me used vehicles in… my price range, just what I asked for. I didn't see anything that appealed to me. He then asked if I had ever seen the interior or ridden in a Kia Soul. I said, "No." Long story short he introduced me to the Soul, answered all my questions, 2 test drives later and I drove out of there with my amazing RED 2015 Soul. I LOVE IT! They never pressured me once and answered all my questions I had and I never felt like I was a being… rushed. Great service

The service I've needed has only been scheduled service items but I've been treated like I was important to them. Being in the RV business, I'm very aware of how important… after the sale service is. I'm greeted by my first name and they remember that I bought the first white limited at the dealership. When I went back to see the new SUV they washed my car for me, I thought the only folks to get that treatment was Mercedes owners. I forgot the salesperson told me I had car washes for life....If you are going to buy a Kia, don't go any further that Westhills Kia....Thank you for your review!
