To show you how much I am in love with this team, this is my third brand new expensive Chevrolet from your dealership since July 31 of 2021 …if Chevrolet goes 0% on HD trucks April 1, I will be buying a fourth!

    The absolute worst customer service experience in my life on any level. I took my vehicle there on a pre-scheduled, 0915 Thursday morning 30k mile maintenance appointment. After a very long wait to be seen the first thing I'm told is "we will get you vehicle back to you tomorrow". Just like that. Now I'm 51 years old and have owned a few vehicles. Never have I had to leave one overnight for scheduled periodic maintenance. That's why I always schedule an early morning appointment. If I ever have to put a vehicle in the shop and either I think or the shop thinks they will need it overnight, that is usually discussed in advance but ok. Besides other than the 30k maintenance my sunroof wasn't working and I had a fuel/sputtering problem that I wanted them to look at. So I will give them ample time to do what they specialize in and get my vehicle back running awesome. My intent was to walk the huge auto plex checking out vehicles all day, maybe test driving a few. I own a 2020. If your sales people are any good maybe they can talk me into an upgrade while you work on my vehicle. Now my focus has shifted to how do I get home? After several minutes of scratching my head, I am told by my rep. We do offer rental car service. When we get back in the office I can give our rental car partners a call if you like. Well of course I would like young man! What took you so long to say that? Now I am leaving names of people and other businesses out on purpose. I remember them but I do not want this to seem like a personal attack on any one individual. We get back in the office, the rental establishment is called and they have nothing available. I get told "well I have your number, I will text you when they have something available. In the meantime you can wait in our waiting room. If you really need a ride home, I can arrange for someone to take you home eventually". I'm no genius but it took 20 minutes for someone to even talk to me when I walked in here. You seem swamped and overwhelmed. Do you think that I think you have the time or manpower for someone to drive me home? I can take a hint. I'm on my own. I'm a nice guy so I'm thinking all of this to myself. Long story short, I get home on my own. So the next day is just rolling by and I haven't heard anything. It gets to be about 1230 and I decide to text the number they gave me to text if I had any questions. Obviously at this point I have questions. I get a text back around 1310ish saying that the 30k maint. was done, sunroof fixed and they are looking into sputtering problem will get back soon. The next text I get is around 1615ish asking for approval to do a (2) stage fuel system flush or something like that. Cost 500(+) dollars. I approved via text and then immediately called. Trying to get a feel if I need to get a rental for the weekend. They close at 1900. I got put on hold for about 20 minutes and never called back. The next text I get is at 1644 saying "I will have your vehicle ready for you on Monday". When I called to ask why I was told "my mechanic is going home for the day". So you can either come and pick up your vehicle now or I will have it ready for you on Monday. Just Like that. Not hey we sent this man home with no transportation and now we are telling him to find a way to pick it up now or go without transportation for the weekend and get it some time on Monday, maybe. It's almost 1700 on a Friday. No way I'm getting a rental now and you have not provided nor offered a rental or a loaner. I don't even care if I had to pay. There was no offer. I won't even get into how I was treated when I walked in to pick up my vehicle that very same night. Not just by a rep but then by a manager. They didn't want to and could not give many any information on my vehicle that you've had for a day and a half. Just flipping through the paperwork on a clipboard and saying sign here, here and here. Gave me attitude when I asked basic questions in a very professional manner about the status of my vehicle. "We did not perform the maint. on your vehicle. The mechanic that did went home". Sign here, here and here and pay. Basically what they had for me. Now I prayed before I went there to pick up my vehicle and it must have worked. I was able to keep my cool, get my vehicle and drive out of there without catching any felonies. I eventually took my vehicle to a reputable establishment and had that same fuel system flush done for about 140 bucks in about an hour and fifteen minutes. She should be running back to normal once I burn through this tank of gas. I am a proud Navy veteran, served 21 years. If I served my country the way that I was served at Haselwood Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, I'm sad to say that our amazing flag probably would no longer be flying. I kept this generic on purpose. I have worked hard all my life and reached a point where I can afford to drive a poor man's expensive vehicle. It doesn't matter though if I roll up to your service department in a gem or a bucket. I expect to be treated like you want me to buy my next gem or my next bucket from GMC. This was a long story but it had to be told.

    First time to Haselwood GMC and I tell you Kyle is the guy to see and go to. He is very courteous and professional! He made sure I understood what was done on my vehicle and answered any question I have pertaining my vehicle. The staff is awesome too, very friendly and helpful.     I had bought my car there a month ago and the transaction was amazing in the sales department. I had a check engine light come on a Sunday when service was closed. I filled out a slip and left my car there. They got it handled and back to me the next day. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in and get me my car back in such a timely manner especially with no appointment. Thank you!
