An Unpleasant and Potentially-Expensive Experience
by GrindedGears on 06/13/2023My experience with this dealer was most certainly unpleasant. After requesting an appointment two-and-a-half weeks in advance, the day finally arrived to turn my car over to the service department, early in the morning at 7 am (on a day I… had to specifically request off from work to attend). I was informed I would receive a text message when they got around to working on it. Later that night, at 8 pm, I realized it was unlikely I would receive my car back or get a call. I had received no communication informing me that the car would be held overnight. The next morning, I called to ask if the dealership would furnish a loaner vehicle, since they were taking a long time just to diagnose mine. I was advised they would not, and no longer, furnish vehicles for loan to customers. I asked for immediate updates when my car would be serviced and was told they would reach out to me before the end of the day. At 3 pm, it was looking unlikely I would receive my vehicle back before a long weekend, so I requested they make it available before end of day. It was only at this time that they told me they were reviewing my vehicle and diagnosing issues. They immediately sent me a bill for ~$5600 and asked me to confirm the charges through their websites. The car is covered by 100k-mile warranty for transmission-related issues and has been fixed multiple times by Ford dealerships (at-cost for Ford) in years past, but this one wanted over $4000 for parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the car at the end of the day, they were polite enough to understand they could not charge me the $255 service fee for diagnosis of the car, which was appreciated. However, there was a disagreement at the desk about what my warranty covered, and the disagreement told me enough to know that they had not reviewed my repair history or the active warranties in my vehicle history. Ultimately, having this dealership diagnose my car (for an issue I had already informed them about) cost me about $112 out of pocket and 48 hours of my time badgering them for an update, just to tell me what I already knew without fixing a single thing. It is unlikely I will ever return to this location by choice and, from a customer's perspective, I do not feel they are respectful of my time or vehicle.Excellent service center!
by Jack E. on 06/11/2023The service team was friendly and tentative upon arrival for my appointment. I was due for more than the routine oil change. The service writer was very helpful with what services I needed and did not need. They were understandably busy… but did offer free shuttle home (via Lyft) and free pick up when the vehicle was ready. The service price was as expected, no surprise charges. Amazing service

Every time I bring my car in they get it back and done in the time they say and always let you know what’s going on. Excellent

My wife and I never really trust car dealerships in general but we are happy to say this one is worth trusting. At least with Tim, the sales rep we worked with. We had… quite the drive to this dealership and they respected our time accordingly. We were given a very fair offer for our trade in and the price of the vehicle we purchased was very fair. Warranty pricing was the only thing we had hangups with but was able to negotiate to a reasonable price. F 150 20,000 mile service
by F150driver on 04/25/2023The service writer was very polite and helpful. The actual service was completed on time and hopefully correct. I gave them only 3 stars for two reasons: Firstly, the invoice had an item not mentioned at check in: motor oil engine… assurance plan coverage. Not sure what this is; some oil treatment or weird insurance to cover the motor oil? I suspect it was a dealership cash grab. Secondly, after spending $600 + on this service, my truck was delivered to me dirty. Other dealerships I visit for my other vehicles always do a cursory wash and vacuum on every service. Replaced back glass quickly

I called our Ford of Bellevue Sales person, who was able to walk our service request down to the Service Tech who was able to order the… glass part. We were desperate to get the back glass replaced ASAP due to a rainy forcast and the fact that we don't have a garage to store our Bronco. Ford of Belleve Service Department was able to get our Bronco's back glass replaced on Friday.Oil change

However, I used to get brown bear car wash coupon after the service but I did not get one… this time! I am not sure if they have stopped giving away car wash token or they forgot this time.Good for routine maintenance service

Came to Bellevue from Shoreline for nothing. While there I complained about annoying… sounds. 'Came with the car'....... Late February, finally the replacement was there. The service manager was not really friendly but suggested a test drive to listen to the sounds. The annoying sounds were acknowledged. I would receive a call soon after consulting a specialist.
