by kabuky on 04/21/2024I am possibly looking for a used car. The salesman has my phone number and continues to bug me to come in TODAY when I've already told him I can't. Also pushing the car I am interested in which is over the KBB fair value as well as a low… offer for my car ($2,000 below trade in value). I am not amused. The only reason they have my phone number is that they refuse to list the prices of their used cars online. I won't fall for this ploy again.Sunset

by Sherry C on 07/29/2022I really loved Sunset Kia when I bought my first brand new 2018 Kia Forte. I never had any issues with this car and I strongly felt like it was a awesome buy. I returned to see if I could buy an upgrade; another awesome Kia much like my… other one. I was offered a used Kia Sportage Fe, the color is a beautiful brown very unique color. Now I normally do not buy used cars because of future problems but because of my first purchase with this dealership I trusted them a lot. The price I am paying on the vehicle is totally high, also they told me that my tires are new, not true. The driver front tire has a slow leak. I had put air in the tired a couple days after the call me back for paperwork correction. It was fine until 5 days the light came on for the same tire. Pressure in that tire was low again. I took it to discount Tires to get it checked, I just didn’t feel safe in my Kia not at all. The said I will need to replace my rear tires before fall because of rain. I was so disappointed because they lied to me. I fear that there maybe more issues coming because they wasn’t honest about my tires and I feel probably about the vehicle itself. The said that my tires were new. I do not trust them anymore, I have to come out of pocket for those and I only had the vehicle for less then two weeks. I also received a call about a balance I have to pay for my registration which I have never had to pay anything for my registration. The dealership always covered it. This time very bad experience. When I bought my first awesome but this time just wrong. I used to tell people about Sunset Kia but now I will not say good things. I should not be having any problems it suppose to be a good running vehicle with no problems. My lesson in this is not to buy another car from this dealership. There was no pressure to buy a car at any point, and sales was flexible to work in communicating with me via email or text, since I wasn't much available for phone calls.
