Be aware of shady and dishonest bait-and-switch pricing!
by Out of State Buyer on 12/27/2023Be aware of shady and dishonest bait-and-switch pricing! This seems to be a large reputable company but they have a very dishonest and shady pricing strategy, bite and switch, get the customer sign all the paperwork on one price and then… raise it afterwords $5.5k. The manager Nacir Assaadi decided to make a last minute $5.5k increase on the deal that has already been agreed upon, finalized, signed and all the paperwork (bank application, Purchase Order, CC form, etc, etc) were already submitted. We are out of state so every Buyer's Order sent to us between Dec. 21st and Dec. 27 had the same OTD price and nothing indicated that it was or will be raised. Then after all been finalized, signed and submitted, the management decided to charge a customer an amount $5.5k greater than the amount advertised and quoted in all the documents during the prior 6 days. This is a bait-and-switch pricing strategy which is extremely unethical, misleading, and deceptive. Our sales guy was amazing all along the process but with the management like Nacir Assaadi he could only express his understanding of what happened and condolences. Hopefully many potential buyer's will be warned that at this dealership your final OTD price on the signed Purchase Order is not your actual price but just a bait to lure you in from out of state and then raise it when you already committed to the deal.

This has been my very best feat after having made thousands of smaller… item online purchases over the years but until now never an automobile. Really liked working with Internet Salesman Craig Faunce online and over-the-phone and thanks to his professional labors I was able to travel up from Norfork to collect my new(awesome)wheels and then return to Norfolk on the same day. Giving Rosenthal and their entire crew the highest recommendation for a friendly stress-free major purchase.The Best experience ever!!!!

I was surprised at how much lower their prices were from the others. All though I had to be patient to finally end up at the price,… it was well worth it. I have spent alot of money for the XK supercharged (that' right) and I wanted in tip top… shape all the time. Since I have been servicing my XK there, I believe the trade in value was… better than average. That help me decide to go with the XF since I hardly use the convertible top on the XF. The salesman and the manager (Ogun) really went out of their way to get the deal that I was confortable with.Good Jaguar Service Dealer
by kwillie on 06/26/2008I recently took my Jaguar XK to Rosenthal Jaguar for the 30k service. My experience there was very good. My service advisor took the time to explain what the maintenance covered and also introduced me to a new product that they recently… started selling. She took me to a car in their showroom that had the product "cilajet" on the vehicle. The showroom car look great but I was not sure if the product did that or is it the lights in the showroom. She assured me that I will be very happy with cilajet on my car. I decided to get it and I have to say that cilajet made my car look better than new. My neighbor thought I bought a new car! I called Susan to let her know that I was very happy with the cilajet product and she asked me to write about my experience online....and it's no better than the stuff you can buy for $20 at your local auto parts store. Your car would have looked just as shiny and new after a $100 clean/detail/wax job. I
