Bait and Switch
by Richard on 01/11/2024Throughout the day I corresponded with a salesperson. I was ensured the vehicle I inquired about would be ready for a test drive. It was stated multiple times in fact. When I got there, there was no vehicle. I was given other options. I… came there specifically for that one vehicle. What a waste of time.BUYER BEWARE
by Tammy on 12/14/2023I Live in TN and bought a 2017 Mercedes Benz c63 AMG. I purchase this specific vehicle because it is a luxury car with the capability to change driving modes as well as exhaust modes. I was told this vehicle was in good working order with… no warning lights. I paid to have it hauled to me and immediately noticed a check engine light as well as exhaust smell in the interior and the vehicle was super loud. I took to the dealership and was informed this vehicles intakes and exhausts had been cut, removed and modified. I also made to sign the paperwork before receiving the vehicle and did not receive the carfax, which i found out they sold me a previously stolen vehicle. The modifications to this vehicle had disabled all capabilities to adjust modes on the vehicle as intended. I talked to the manager and was told this was AS IS. I informed him this wasn't an AS IS matter, it was i was lied to and not informed the vehicle was not the vehicle i was promised for the AMG with the ability to change driving modes and exhaust modes. Also, I was not informed that due to these modifications that not only is it leaking exhaust fumes inside the vehicle, but all warranties and service records are void due to the removal of the exhaust. by AbdulRahman ALBunnia on 08/01/2023My experience with this car dealership was horrible—literally a scam and just there to waste your time. I've worked with many dealerships before, but never with such absolutely terrible customer service skills and very unprofessional… Staff. I drove an hour away to see a car, and everything was planned in advance with a salesman, and once I got there, they kept telling me there was another guy who wanted to buy the same car and asked me to see another car, which was more expensive and completely different. Then I asked to speak with the sales manager. Yeah, welcome, he said, and he gave me water to relieve me from losing my temper. I explained that his answer was, Oh, we sold this car. I was like, I CALLED EARLIER and planned everything with the salesman, but it turned into [non-permissible content removed]. Here's what they do: THEY POST THE CAR on THEIR website, and they pick the best model for dropping the price below market, which makes you come, but once you get there to the dealership, they will tell you the car is sold. Look for the same model but different, and they pretend that the one you picked is sold. I am not the first to have this problem; read the other reviews kindly. (literally, a mafia run BE AWARE)
