  • I shipped 2 Escalades to Carmax; both were damaged, which was undisclosed.

    I have paid to ship 2 Escalades to Dulles Carmax. Both cars were damaged. Neither listing disclosed this damage. Buyer Beware! I will not buy another car from Carmax ever again.
