by vashipm8s on 06/16/2018I've always hated the car buying experience, and would honestly choose having a root canal with no novocaine over buying a new car. In an effort to reduce our interactions with any car dealerships, we got preapproved for a loan from our… credit union before we went looking. As expected, we got nothing but the run-around at the first major dealership we went to - They just "wanted to earn our business", even if that meant trying to sell us trucks we had no interest in buying. Much to my surprise, my husband came home the next day in a truck he'd fallen in love with. I wanted to kill him when I found out it came from a very small dealership that had recently opened on Garrisonville Road. After carefully looking it over, I agreed it was a very nice truck and I'd go back to the dealership with him to negotiate the sale. Upon our arrival, Franky came out to greet us, and while I expected another miserable experience, we instead got 5 STAR service from start to finish. Franky could not have done more to make sure we were not only pleased with the deal we got, but the service we received. DMV Auto Finance not only earned our business this week, but this HAPPY CUSTOMER won't hesitate to go back to see Franky when we find ourselves in search of another vehicle in the future.
