Save you time & money
by tayha on 05/01/2018This company is 100% unorganized & unprofessional. They care about getting your money, not your safety or you as a customer. I was buying a vehicle from them, and on both visits to the dealership, There were customers complaining about how… the dealership expected the customer to leave with their new car having a broken window, another customer complaining on how the deal (sale) had been changed without notice. Days later another customer waited for hours while they were getting their new car, (trust me they made it sound good while they waited); Until they had to tell the customer that it was being detailed. My salesman also explained how disorganized the company is to me, and he still works for them :-/ . My personal experience was so ridiculous (I am seeking legal actions), they promise to fix the issues on the vehicle I was buying. On the day of pick up, I was pressured to sign (refused), until I asked to take the vehicle for a ride (check if fixed). Some dude "Juan" aka the owner, thought I was going to take the vehicle as is (shaking steering/alignment issues) although he wasn't there when we spoke about the deal (sale), and he had the audacity to ask me to go half to fix it. It was a back and fourth game on who promised what and when. I had to kill the deal, because they are so unprofessional and still haven't refunded me my down payment. Shady charters, all the way down to the paper work with somebody else's name as my salesman. All in all, do not waste your time with people working to get your money (lets make the deal/sale mentality), broken promises (no in-house communication) , and selling dreams (talk a good game), leaving you half sold (non-smooth operation) with issues & problems.Save your time and money

by bigbell1 on 04/02/2018Purchase vehicle over a month ago with 30 day tags on vehicle and to this day still don't have regular plates on vehicle.can't get a answer as to why on tags yet, 30 day tags expired a week ago, now i'm not able to driveDisrespectful manager
by Mupu520 on 04/12/2017Very rude, arrogant and lack of moral manager call Mike.He sells cars without fixing them. When he's confronted about the bad cars he sells, he cursed you with words like [non-permissible content removed]. Please don't waste your money and… buy anything from this place.BS
by Vinced25 on 06/18/2016updated 06/24/2016These dudes really take all my information over the phone and I send the manager my pay stubs and things to run my credit at 2 the day before and then he never answered my calls back yesterday night. Today call him at 9am then he say call… back at 10:30 and hhe'll have what I need for a downpayment.. he dont aanswer.. then I call him around 12 and the car is being sold?
